Edit : Scan finished : Available balance: 0.00000000 BTC. Insufficents funds.
Yes, it's because all my BTC are in Jaxx now!
I think I know what is the issue. Someone had the same problem early this week and that was my answer:

Are you sure you are selecting the "bch/livenet" chain instead of the "btc/livenet" one? Since the tool is showing your BTC balance instead of the BCH available, this may be the problem.

Or you can join Copay's beta test which already has support for Bitcoin Cash directly from the wallet.

"Ready to get started? Email us to get access to the iOS beta, or add yourself as a beta tester if you have an Android device."

https://blog.bitpay.com/bitcoin-cash-wallet-beta/

Ok, so, I selected "bch/livenet" and it said:  Available balance: 0.00000000 BCH. Insufficents funds.
I put my Recovery phrase and my Backup Password.

It's really weird... Why I can't find my last private key, wtf...

If you had already transfer "out" the Bitcoin Cash to another wallet then you dont need to look any further to Bitcoin Cash in that wallet BUT I think its important that you must select BCH/Live net as TryNinja told you AND refresh the Tool website with F5 before doing any new check. I have confirmed that if you go back in your browser it gets kinda glithy

But with standalone BIP39 I can't find this address in Derivation Path...

For the other address it works perfectly:
...
Why ?
Did you change the Derivation Path to look for "change" addresses?  Perhaps the address/key that you cannot find is a change address... I'm not sure what Derivation Path you're using, as I'm not overly familiar with Copay, but if you change the last number from a 0 to a 1, you "should" generate the change addresses for that system...

For instance:

Receive Addresses: m/44'/0'/0'/0
Change Addresses: m/44'/0'/0'/1

Try that and see if you can find the address/key that you are missing

Dude, you are my hero! Really thank you. I didn't noticed I could change my "External / Internal" for address. (I'm a beginner in the cryptocurrency world ^^)

Fixed!

Hello, why dont you use the website Copay has to recover the Bitcoin Cash? https://bitpay.github.io/copay-recovery/
They basically scan your funds in BitcoinCash and let you send them to another wallet.

They recommend you to create and do a backup of a new wallet and then follow the procedure, that is because you will have to introduce your wallet backup file or word into the website tool.

give it a try and then post the results.

good luck

Ok thanks, I going to test this recovery, but if my 3/4 of my BCC are in Coinomi, can a problem occur?

Hello!

I want to get my Bitcoin Cash from my Copay's Wallet. So, I followed this tutorial and used Coinami to create my BCH Wallet (Transfert my BTC in Copay to Jaxx Wallet) : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-to-get-bitcoin-cash-from-many-walletsoftwareservices-with-coinomi-2062488

But I have a little problem, I can't get my private key of my last address : https://blockchain.info/fr/tx/8f3e304986dcc9f8c86b56fd412d06de956719fdf955ff011acdcf0c39ffd2b7?show_adv=false
This address: 1HfEWJSh7ztegSrEumZWeCLVXSedUPP5MX

As you can see, it already have my BCH : https://bitinfocharts.com/bitcoin%20cash/address/1HfEWJSh7ztegSrEumZWeCLVXSedUPP5MX

But with standalone BIP39 I can't find this address in Derivation Path...

For the other address it works perfectly:
  • 1D67C5ZZW5JyD7645p6S68KG3PJVg79XcJ
  • 198tS1h4JWG2ij92XRzCdxAKCYDFc1bsP6
  • 1DP3qsPXkfBtWHaDXHfFYansMBvVekcPK

Why ?
