~~That's weird, AFAIK Bitcoin Core automatically generate address and show few of them on receiving address tab.~~ I just moved my wallet.dat, then running Bitcoin Core (which means it automatically create new wallet.dat) and there aren't any address on receiving address tab. Looks like it's normal behavior and you don't need to worry about it (my nodes is fully synced, obviously).
Just choose "Receiving" icon/text and click request payment, then the result will be added to receiving address tab.

~~Also, is it fresh wallet or you've used it (to receive TX, send TX or request payment) previously?~~

Copy and paste your image and put it somewhere like imgur: https://imgur.com/upload then send us the link where you uploaded it to (should be in the URL)...

What actaully happens and what wallet address are you running. When you click on receiving addresses, does the computer look like it's doing anything, does anything get highlighted if you hover over receiving address. More importantly, what software are you running (name and version).

Your screenshot is not readable, it is an offline location that can be opened only in you computer, we need more info about your issue.
If you are sure you are doing right steps to see your recieving address, then i will suggest you to logout and re-login into your wallet and do the same steps
