I searched through the FAQ, wiki, and forum and the only reference I was able to find for locating this file was that it should be in ~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/... but I don't have a Bitcoin folder in my Application Support folder and am unable to find wallet.dat anywhere on my computer.
Hmm... that's where mine is located. Did you search using the Finder or through a terminal? If through the finder, try opening a terminal and typing the command:

find / -name 'wallet.dat'

Yeah I am looking at the right library and there is definitely not a bitcoin folder there.  also, I unhide all files using the terminal, tried the searchbar, and still no wallet.dat file.  Any other ideas?  This seems really odd

It might be a hidden folder, so try showing hidden folders.
You could probably try using the search bar in Finder also.

That's where it is. Maybe you were looking at another Library folder? Start with your home directory and open Library from there.

New OSX user here.  I downloaded bitcoin and received .05 btc from faucet today (I can see it appeared as a credit when I run bitcoin).  However I cannot find a wallet.dat file anywhere on my computer.

I do have a bitcoin-0.3.20.01 folder on my desktop, but do not see it in there either.

Thanks in advance, big supporter of the cause!
