Install 12.3. And also try disabling ULPS if that doesnt work.

I remember my windows installation getting a little buggy now that I think of it.  I'll try reinstalling and seeing how that goes.

Only thing I can see is to cut out that second ",256" line in your worksize config.

What driver/sdk?

I did some Googling, and I came across this stackExchange post that seemed similar

Seems that it's some combination of driver/sdk bugs. Booting linuxcoin from a thumb drive solved everything.

It might be worth a shot.

Also,  here is a picture of my afterburner monitor running as well.  You can see the first 3 GPU's jumping up and down.

Hey everyone.  I've recently run into some problems with my new setup I have.  Just to clarify, I have 4 7970's on another board and similar power supplies that work just fine.

My problem is that I can only get the 1st GPU to a hash rate of +/- 630 or so (which is lower than my other 7970s anyway)  and the other 3 kick it around ~250.

I've tried cgminer, diablo miner with Afterburner and nothing seems to work right.

Here's a pic of what I have:

When I run diablominer with Afterburner, after burner shows that the 3 other cards are running at 100% but they're still only at about ~250 as well.  Is there something I can do to help fix this?  Any ideas?

My motherboard is an MSI 890FXA-GD70
