Hi, i just read your post. I am  beginner in this and i have problem with recognizing and running  my graphic cards at full capacity.

My hardware is following:

> ASUS PRIME Z270-A Motherboard
> SSD SATA3 120GB Kingston
> DDR4 4GB 2133MHz Kingston Fury
> CPU LGA1151 Intel Celeron Dual-Core G3900
> 3x Asus Dual GTX 1060 6gb
> 3x Asus Dual GTX 1070 8gb
> Corsair RM 1000x PSU

I use Windows 10x64. Mobo is update to lastest bios.version 1.009.
All graphic card are connected but I see only 4 of them (2x 1060 and 2x1070) and they are running on normal parameters, other two are not recognized at all.

Can please somebody can give me advice how to solve this problem ? Is problem with 4gb of RAM or it is something else?

Thanks for help!

I just got a seventh card (gtx 1060) and hooked it up to my rig.  When I connect the 1060, one of my 1070's gets an error message.  When I switch the 1060 and the 1070 the 1070 still has the error message.  I use Windows 7.  I think the problem is Windows 7 isn't designed to work with more than 6 gpus at a time?  Any ideas of how to get all my gpus up and mining?  Mobo bios are updated.

Hardware:
ASUS PRIME Z270-A LGA1151 DDR4 DP HDMI DVI M.2 USB 3.1 Z270 ATX Motherboard
2x GTX 1060 6gb
4x GTX 1070 8gb
1x GTX 1080 8gb
1000w Titanium PSU

Thanks!

You are correct. Windows 7 will not work with more than 6 GPU's at a time running the same drivers. So you will need to upgrade to Windows 10 and you will be fine.
