I just found a compatible version but from an unknown source claiming to offer safe APK.
<...>
Seriously, i have just understood that i can get a compatible version for my mobile android from the github releases. No i didn't download any apk from an unknown source but the site i found for apk contains all versions of bitpay wallets and i didn't find any accusations about it in the web. You can take a look here: https://apkpure.co/bitpay-secure-bitcoin-wallet/

About the apk, there are "clone"websites, but I would not entrust my funds to them. I have no idea why did OP uninstall for upgrade. If the upgrade is correct and legit, it will come as an upgrade, not as reinstall.
As i had a stored seed, i thought that i can reinstall a new upgraded version instead of upgrading the installed one.
Yes my mobile phone is old and run with 4.4.2 android version, and i think all the mobiles i tried run with old versions too.

Thank you everybody

You can download the earlier version of bitpay in their official github instead. As it's related to your security don't ever any sources besides bitpay as it may have any malwares that can steal information worst if it your funds with in the app or even with your device.

Mate, stay away from those unknown and untrusted sources. Later on, we will find it out that you are posting and complaining that your funds are gone because of that.

As early as today, don't put any interest and don't download apk files from those sources. Learn from the experiences of other community members that did that before and gives caution to the public, just saying.

No, don't trust them. You should only download from official sources. If its the apk, you can get it from their git, here: https://github.com/bitpay/copay/releases

or have you already installed and imported your wallet using the apk from an unknown source?

What is your android version? New bitpay use android v.5.4.0 based on their playstore.ersion if any.

Actually Google Play shows "6.0 and up" as Android version. I don't know where is your version info from (5.4?! I've never heard of such an Android version) and which is the correct one though, but afaik Google play will not allow install on an Android lower than the version they display.

In fact, i didn't find that information during my searches but you may have right, i use old android version and may be it's the same for the other mobiles i used for test. I just found a compatible version but from an unknown source claiming to offer safe APK.
Thanks, i will contact the support.

What is your android version? New bitpay use android v6 based on their playstore. Your phone probably under that version. If yes, then you can't do anything about it except you go back to old bitpay that still support in your android version(if they still operate the old version), ask their support to ask old version if any.

Ups sorry, i took the bitpay version instead of android version. Fixed.

I had installed Bitpay mobile wallet and use it safely since more than a year. About a month ago, i received notification alerts me to upgrade in actual version because there is vulnerabilities in version V15 (if am not wrong). It's just since two days, i un-installed it from mobile and try to download the last version (not just installing the update) but it shows a message in google play that my mobile is not compatible. I tried again in three other mobiles but still shows the same message.
I don't have any problem with my funds that i stored my seed, my question is about how and from where to install a new bitpay mobile version.
