one stupidity i did was think that they will send me email with 2FA code, but all they were asking when saying
"Verify TwoFactor" was to enter your own PIN you selected during registration

Sad same problem they don't send to Verify TwoFactor mail.

Already have account back, what I did was to keep sending message to support team. Also message them on FB they are most likely to reply their and from their tell them your concern. In my case they advised me to change my email add, and I did changed it to gmail, so now my 2FA are in my cellphone by using the google authenticator app. Hope this would help you have back your account.

Thanks guys, mine is working perfectly fine again. Yup, gmail is a better choice than yahoo, I did ask support to change my the email of my account to my gmail. Support team of Cryptopia might be very busy. But the FB account replied though, it through messenger that I asked them to escalate my issue to support team.

There has been a lot of problems with Cryptopia lately, with login and hackers trying to break into people's accounts.

It's not an issue with yahoo or gmail, the choice of email providers do not matter when the problem is them not even sending the 2fa email in the first place. So instead of changing emails, let them know the issue and try to get them to fix it.

I would really recommend using a bigger exchange instead of cryptopia, you get much lower spreads and usually major issues like this gets handled much quicker.

What are those bigger exchange bro? Are Poloniex and Bittrex better?

Poloniex and Bittrex will be better later after your views so basically you need to check things there and do some actual trades. They have better volumes than Cryptopia. But take note that there are some coins listed on Cryptopia but not trading at the moment on that trading platforms.

Anyways as usual, if problem persist, their customer support will also take days before they will respond especially in Poloniex. So use them at your own discretion.

Im having a similar issue with cryptopia.  I set up 2fa with google Authenticator and all was working fine till the weekend.  The Google Authenticator codes have just mysteriously stopped working with their site.  They are working for the other exchanges im registered with.  Ive logged numerous support tickets but no luck getting it sorted.  I think they are replying to them but its within cryptopia as I get an email admin has replied.  Im required to log in to view the reply which is the issue which Ive raised the support ticket for.  Ive been freaking out that I won't be able to get back in and the lack of support contact is not putting my mind at ease.  I noticed someone mentioned contacting them via Facebook.  Might give this a try later today.  I just need to know its resolvable and I wont be permanently locked out.

Edit:. Thought I better update this.  I got hold of them in the afternoon the day I posted this through their facebook page.  They had me back into my account really quickly.  Would highly recommend contacting them by facebook if your having an issue like this.

Yes, sometimes I used to get an email from their support team like you have been logged in from the different IP so please reset your login details but many I have discarded it by not resetting the account. But when I am entering the login it is not showing any issues with the website.

Cryptopia was not hacked, that whole thread is FUD. If a users account credentials or email login is breached outside of Cryptopia, it is not a failing of Cryptopia's security. If a user had the same username/password on multiple sites and/or no 2FA, or email 2FA to the email account that was breached, then there is nothing that Cryptopia would detect or block.

If you changed your email address via support ticket, while having 2FA email enabled, the 2FA will get sent to your old email not your new one. You'll need to email their support team to get your 2FA reset.

Thanks bro, I emailed them again for it. I do hope they reply. I do hope I recover my coins. Embarrassed

They are not replying these days to support tickets and if your email address is right and you still aren't receiving any mails, try to reset your password and check if you are receiving that password reset email. If you are, then your 2FA also should be sent to that eail else there is a problem with your cryptopia account. It's better to use gmail accounts rather than yahoo.

Nope, it hasn't. All my coins are safe and it was a problem of their server changes.

Did you talking about Email 2FA? if yes, then try to check junk/spam folder of your mail address.you can found there.sometimes the mail goes to there. If didn't found then try to contact with cryptopia team support.I found they are very active in cryptopia Facebook profile.you can contact them via Facebook.

Usually this happens when you enable 2FA authentication.

They are very picky when entering anything in wrong.
It will flag your account until you can verify it by the way you set it up during enabling it.
