I have an old Blockchain.info-wallet from 2015. I have the right password (double checked with the old 17 recovety phase aswell. The wallet ID is also correct and it is connected to my email. Still I only get info about wrong password when I try to login (tried from all different browsers, emptt cache and so on).
AFAIK, old Blockchain.info wallets have problem with login using correct ID/PASS. you can use your "wallet recovery mnemonics (17 recovety phase)" with https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/forgot-password

Communication with the support team will be slow and a waste of time, especially with the increase in the bitcoin price and the desire of many people to recover their wallets.

Created an account just to say thanks! Smiley
Had an old paper wallet, QR codes dont work, there are 9 words in the mnemonic instead of 12, private key not recognized by other wallets etc etc. Did my head in for quite some time. Never got that link from support for the old accounts.. So thanks again, big stress release here!!!!

Block halving is coming.
~snip~

Since you have the recovery phrase (17 words phrase) why not use their legacy wallet recovery to show your old login account and password.

Here's their recovery page for the legacy wallet: https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/forgot-password
After you recover, it should show your old login link and password.

Use that information to open your wallet to the latest blockchain wallet.
Once you recover I suggest you if you still want to keep them move them to a non-custodial wallet like Electrum for safety purposes.

Have you click "need some help" button at the bottom of login where you will be asked to use your secret private key recovery passphrase to access your funds? Have you tried that, if that doesn't work then you should contact the customer support center for assistance, but mind you their support center takes a lot of time to respond so be patient enough for your turn.

Thanks, contacted them now.
I bet they will reply with something like: "your recovery phrase might be an outdated copy after you change your password".
Because the walletID and password that it's producing in the recovery page is wrong, you might have changed your password at some point and didn't made a backup of the new phrase.

With that, try to remember any new passwords that you might have set.

Does your password contain none-Latin characters? ie. characters with accents like Ó or Ä etc? It could be some weird character encoding/OS Language setting issue.

In any case, if you have the WalletID, the 17 word recovery phrase and still have access to the email address, it should be relatively issue to recover... I would just contact Blockchain.com support and get their assistance.

I can’t see any info about the wallet in the Blockhain.com Explorer either.
Do you have the wallet address? Blockchain explorers only recognize details linked to the blockchain like public addresses or transaction ids, a wallet identifier for a particular service would not be recognized.

Is this wallet locked somehow?
You would need to contact their support service for assistance. I believe blockchain.info changed to blockchain.com some years back, so you'll need to verify you're on the active site before making your inquiry.
I should add that you do not need to reveal sensitive details about your account online, except it is absolutely necessary and does not risk your funds or privacy.
