Do you try to clear cache from the browser?
I have a similar problem, but because some other things I can't clear cache but I can log in with my phone app and another browser.

If you find the issue first make sure that you have already verified the browser before tried to logging in. That is major issue you can find the blockchain wallet and coinbase. Then you have keep check the wallet setting with the app then only you will be able to use the application also with the blockchain android and iPhone applications.
After all you done only clearing cache can be checked. If this also checked from your side means you have to go with the support team of the blockchain wallet.

btcrecovery still no result Sad
I'm confused with payload staring with AAAAA... 21 "A" symbols..
Anybody can explain what does it mean? Probably, real version is not 3, or iterations count is not 5000?

It's next to impossible to brute force the seed as the seed list that blockchain.info pulls from is huge, and requires 12 words. I'm not saying it is impossible, but it might as well be. I would suggest using btcrecover and trying the combination of the numbers you thought were the password and any typos which could of been made.

I very much doubt that the app update caused any issues with the wallet. If you suspect this you can contact them via their support. But, it's likely that you've just mistyped the password or have forgotten it. Let us know how you get on with btcrecover and whether your search has been exhausted or not. Depending on the length of the password, it might not take very long to find it if it's just numbers.

In the future, always keep a backup of both the seed and the private keys.

Our situation:

Account was created in September 2016 in mobile app on iPhone
Use 2FA
We have:
1. BCI account (wallet) ID
2. Working e-mail and connected phone number
3. Password, we sure (only digits)…
4. Remember of the wallet addresses
Have NOT:
1. We haven’t save any Seed revery phrase and private keys

We make all operations with mobile app, but after on of the iOS (or application) update in April of 2017 BCI application was reset or something else..
We trying to login and get «error wallet decryption»

While I was trying to log in with desktop, confirm by e-mail and phone, I’v got some part of response with such a payload
Code:
{\"pbkdf2_iterations\":5000,\"version\":3,\"payload\":\"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA(here is numbers and digits)\»}»
          }

It’s very strange payload starting with AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA…

Trying btcrecovery util, but no result (use this response part as wallet.json and some password tokens).

May be our password was reconverted some way during the BCI updates, iOS app updates?
May be need change iterations count?
May be old version was initially?
Probably, we can try to brute force seed someway as we have one of the wallet addresses?

Experts, please, help us
