That sounds not really professional if people get banned with balances on there account. After 72 hours still no response from support is way to much for any company. Sadly enough is there support terrible and the only good thing is there chatmod dominikherzog. Try to send him private message on Yobit and possible he can redirect the problem to the admin.
Well you should think before did something bad. AFAIK, Yobit support is kindda low response so you need patient a bit.

Create a new account and contact any moderator or BlackSmith if you can reach through their chat, + open a new ticket their support should contact your shortly, are you using 2FA? If you are banned on chat it does not mean that you are banned to login there.

I think you should wait atm. Yobit.net staff is very late in handling support ques. or problems. BTW, did you tried contacting them via personal message to its bitcointalk account.Maybe you get a response.
Try using forget password as well to reset the password and get back your account.
