if you already have available btc to pay the fee better to pay it,its much cheaper to pay the fee than rent on a computer shop.
I do think that renting a computer on a computer shop is much cheaper since based on his location, he lives on Philippines and renting a computer is much cheaper that only cost 15pesos an hour or 0.3dollar per hour.

The fee used to be low enough that you could remove it by grinding faucets. That might have changed considering the higher price of bitcoin and its fees now though. Maybe Creepings can tell us how much is asked?

.00007 is asked and this problem is solved, thanks for the help Smiley

It depends on what the fees are.  I think the fees for these "evil points" are pretty low (a few thousand satoshi I think), so it might be easy to just pay for it.  Otherwise you could go to a place with public wifi so that you create an account from a different IP, then you should be fine.

Alternatively, if you have a proxy or use Tor or anything like that you shouldn't use it to create accounts.

After you've created an account from any different IP address (could be anything really), you should be fine to post and make normal contributions from your bad IP as well.

Buying a new mobile sim card from a different telecom operator and using it to connect to internet is much cheaper alternative to change ip imo

It's also happen in me i  paid only 0.00009 btc something . In Philippine peso it's only worth less than 5pesos so it's really much cheaper if you will paid it than rent. in USD it's around $0.10 or lower since it's not fixed price. By the way OP can you give us idea how much is asked payment for that account?

Nothing wrong. You're trying to sign up from an ip that has previously been used by someone who was banned or a known proxy. Are you using a proxy, tor, or a public connection?
That laptop is just used for making reports and it is always not connected in the internet. And also when I made an account from him, I used this phone Im using right now. Still that is the result, my IP is not banned, as you can see, I can post here without problem. He is not using any VPN. Just a normal IP.

You can post from a banned connection just not sign up from one without paying the fee. Have you had accounts banned before? Maybe your mobile connection uses an ip that is shared by many.

So how can I make my friend a new account?

Find a connection that isn't banned, but when people sign up to this forum just to earn they usually get banned and that's probably why your connection is as well.

I think i need to rent on a computer shop and do this. Thanks hilariousandco and shorena ☺

Probably carrier grade NAT, which means you share a public IP address with a large number of other users. Some of them misbehaved and got banned, thus its more difficult to get a new account from this IP and the ISPs network.

You should see a proxy ban page which tells you to pay small amount of bitcoin in order to lift it.

I introduced my friend to bitcoin and he also wants to post here and earn bitcoin. But there is a problem, when he make an account it say that it cant post because of the IP been used and done wrong in the forum. I did try making new accounts for him and that also is the result.
Is there anything wrong with the forum?
