I just assume for step to verify link to email like given an information for validiation account need permision to login... so that's why I assuming as similar like 2fa.
You're not understanding what we are trying to say.

We all know they collect information about us (our pc, network, etc). The question is WHY THEY ARE COLLECTING """PRIVATE IP ADDRESSES""" instead of """PUBLIC IP ADDRESSES"

There is a difference between PUBLIC IP ADDRESS and PRIVATE IP ADDRESS. Google it.

Logging in using;

Chrome & Mozilla and it all works fine on my end.

Copy link / Click right on the confirmation... select copy the URL for login then paste on new tab. Don't do that with directly link. Let us know if it's work.
I do remember that i have done this step for some time.Pasting up the link into a new tab rather than clicking the direct link.A must tried thing actually.

That's for security system, for those member who've login with different IP. Like 2fa security.
Here is link for all about "How Bittrex Could collect the IP " : https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001412166
The huge difference is that this is the private IP address of his machine (which are basically the same for every device, since it's related to the network you're connected to) and not his public IP address (which shows ISP, country, etc). My private IP address is 192.168.0.20 right now. OP's was 192.168.1.15 when he received the email. Pay attention at the similarity (192.168.x.x).

Also, IP addresses have nothing to do with 2FA.

I don't understand why Bittrex would be telling you that you have logged in from a private IP address. A 192.168.x.x address should never be used on the internet. The only way you could be accessing Bittrex from this address is if you were on a LAN or similar with their servers, which I suspect is not the case.

Are you sure you are trying to log in to the real site? You are potentially entering your details to a phishing site and they are sending these emails to the email address you just entered as a way to try to prevent you from realizing what you have done.

Have you tried to check your email?
As far as remember when I logged into that exchange site before I had received an email notification from them (Bittrex IP Verification) where I can log in my account.

I think that is your problem check first if there's an email sent from Bittrex Team.
