Surfing the forum for 6 minutes should remove the limitation of 6minutes for one time. Beginners and help is usually where those Beginners ask question and make their first post.

You can make your first (or now second) post anywhere. You need to make sure you wait 6 minutes between posting and after logging in though as you're a newbie. The time limit decreases the more activity you get. Wait 6 minutes after your first post and you should be able to post in the groupbuy section.
