It takes some time till the system notices so wait a bit.
Don't konow if it's automatic or by Hand approved
so you need 10 posts + the account has to be 4 hrs old?
This is a weird system. I guess it helps reduce the trolls though.

You have to wait 10 minutes after you reach 4 hours...
u need 10+ posts ... so keep calm and post
