im guessing he sorted the problem as he isnt posting here.

if he did delete his wallet, then there is a good chance it can be recovered with a data recovery software. some decent freeware ones out there

Hopefully you didn't delete your wallet, just the program files (if you did delete your wallet you locked yourself out of your money)

Ok for some reason I am not able to receive payments or payouts I have tried deleting bitcoin and re downloading, still doesn't work. I lost a 14.4 bitcoin payout because of this and Im very angry. Thanks

You need two things if you want any help:

1: You need to give a whole lot more information on what happened or else no-one can help you even if they wanted to.

2:(This isn't mandatory, just common sense) You will get more help if you lighten up a bit.

yeah if you deleted the wallet.dat file that the coins were paid out to then you would loose the payout.

It could also be a possibility that if someone else "sent" you this payment.....

Just to clarify, ... you don't technically ever "receive" payments locally.  A wallet is only needed to create addresses and for use when spending coins that have been sent to those addresses.

Hopefully you still have a backup of your wallet.dat from before you "deleted bitcoin".
