I also didn't read correctly... Is it 4 hours logged in, or just 4 hours after signing up??

4 hours active browsing. If you leave a browser window open it wont count.

Thanks for clearing that up. That is not at all clear from reading the newbie rules.

I finally got here to see what I need to to in order to reply to threads...Spent some time looking for the Reply button ://
Thing is, maybe after the account is verified...you could send the new user an e-mail, PM, somthing to direct him to the general rules, that way ppl get less frustrated about why they cannot find the reply button..

It tells you when you sign up and again in the newbie readme. People don't read, so I doubt they'd read the email either.

I would say that it's quite annoying rule and makes people produce useless content.

No it doesn't. Idiots produced useless content. All you have to do is make one post and then browse for four hours - things you would be doing any way regardless of these limits. You  don't have to post crap, but people do because they're idiots.

I agree with that, and the 4 hours are hard to reach because it doesn't count it well

... I wish this was more clear, as I could not put up support questions to my pool, which is not in newbie forums :/ ...
I totally agree. It took me four days to notice it, even after reading all the documentation for newbies.

It tells you when you sign up and it's also in the newbie readme.

The support forums for the various pools, etc. really should be open to everyone. Unfortunately I'm not able to get a response on failed transactions from the doge.scryptpools.com pool, which in looking at the support thread I'm afraid may be a common issue, and really need to post in the link that he has listed for support.

My hope is that it's simply the holidays and I will get a response soon. Every time I attempt any kind of withdrawal I'm told I already have 'one active manual payout request'. 30k+ doges stuck in limbo.

I was in the same boat, actually still, need 5 posts in newbie forums like this one to be able to post. I wish this was more clear, as I could not put up support questions to my pool, which is not in newbie forums :/

the above mentioned thread however says 1 post, and 4 hour wait after that, whichever it is, this should be highlighted for new users on login time. It would have made my life easier.

Why I can't reply to any threads? I've registered few weeks ago. What I have to do to be allowed to talk in this forum???
