Yeah this limitation is a bit crazy. Especially because when you take the time to write a nice reply to some post, and then click the post button many times you get some error, and the post doesn't get posted. But the timer however does get reset which will make you wait for 360 seconds again. And repeat again. This way you never get to post anything in the normal forums.
