I checked his post history, he seem to be spamming on ANN threads as well. He should get at least a warning/temp ban for this right? or am i missing something?

When will the full version of the app be launched in other regions? Does this depend on the amount you need to collect?

I think this user need to be banned permanently for plagiarized his own post, since thse kind of users already recived before. So we can also try posting his replies in the threads like these Report plagiarism (copy/pasting) here. Calling for Mod action: please permban

All my reports against him are marked as good, and the many, many identical threads he's posted before have all been trashed. Surely that means a mod agrees with me that he's breaking the rules. The question is how many times do we let him continue before some harsher punishment.
If the content other than the advertisement in the thread is identical, then the rules are broken, otherwise its hard to argue since every mod has different POV, and sometimes mods are wrong too. Not trying to support the guy, but the rules here are sometimes confusing/misleading TBH!

^ The guy in question isn't really breaking the rules, as per theymos's words, so he won't really get banned(?). If a mod disagrees with that for a valid reason, then idk. If he hasn't been banned yet, then I guess thats' why.

It occurred to me that I should write a little about this in case anyone's wondering about what dogie's doing, or why other people are getting banned for somewhat similar activity:

Ads are typically not allowed in posts (outside of the signature area) because they are annoying and off-topic. It is especially disallowed to put ads or signatures at the bottom of all of your posts. Except for traditional valedictions, which are tolerated but discouraged, signatures are for the signature area only.

However, if you are using the forum as a publishing platform to host something really substantial and useful, selling ads in that substantial work is allowed. To be eligible for this, your post must be in a topic that you started, and your post must be substantial and long enough to make the ad seem entirely insignificant. If in doubt, ask me.

I've checked his post history and I'd say this guy deserves a permanent ban. He is spamming the forum with the same post but different title everyday and he isn't stopping. I think it is part of their marketing plan which is why he paid for a copper membership. I will help you file a report for him. I hope this spamming stops.

I think this guy should get a warning first since he paid for copper membership.  If he didn't pay for copper I would say ban him.

Surely having 19 of your posts deleted is a pretty obvious warning? I think he warrants at least a temporary ban, and if he continues after the ban expires then a permanent ban is in order.

He should be banned for like 6 months. Not a permanent ban though.
That's for the mods to decide how long they want to ban him unless he's banned 2-3 times already.

Reports were good but better if you PM the user to tone it down, remove the Advertisement Banners and guide him on the right board(s) where his typical posts should be posted.
To be honest, you are kind but I'm a little bit concerned for your effort because giving chances on such users might be pointless in the end since it's very obvious that they've got no interest in this forum — only on accomplishing their own businesses without even considering its possible effects.

I hate judging someone but as you will look into his post history, he's hopeless. Thus, reporting him would be the best option.

I agree about the temp ban first, just for him to notice and care.

Btw, I experienced reporting only one thread of a member who posted multiple same topic as well and provided an archived link of his post history then a mod deleted all of his duplicate posts. Not sure if the mod checked and deleted his posts because of the link or someone else reported his threads. If it's because of the post history archived, then it's okay to not report 1 by 1 (would be better if a mod can confirm this)

This is for a reply, is it the same when your own thread got deleted by a Moderator?

And just today alone:

Reported as well, I think he should be temp ban for 7 days to get his attention about spamming the Bitcoin Discussion boards. And then if he continued then perma ban this guy.

Mods can't nuke a copper Jr.Member.

A moderator doing this along with the "Deleted Post Notification" is better than a straight ban.

when you get your comment or topic removed, you receive an automatic message which acts as the warning. so you know you did something wrong. when it happens 20-50 times you definitely know you were doing something wrong. repeating the same exact thing means you don't care and receiving a "guiding PM" is not going to change that.

Just write in the next report that he open multithreads about the same thing and also write in the report for a ban this user

This is exactly what I did on the last batch of reports I made for him. They were all marked good and threads all delete, but he clearly wasn't banned since he's back doing it again.

I have 19 good reports against him over the last 4 weeks for the same behavior - the threads are always trashed, but he always just does the same thing again a few days later. Can't we just ban this spammer?

Just write in the next report that he open multithreads about the same thing and also write in the report for a ban this user and write the link to here in it and just wait what the Mods say !

Thats what i would do if i have this problem !

User KriptoA (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/kriptoa-2296390) constantly and repeatedly starts new threads in bursts, each with his massive, obnoxious, self-advertising banner and links across the top. He's just done it again with the following 4 threads:
