I did't get a single response as of today. The way you ignore any of my requests for such extended period of time, or even the lack of clarity on timeframes needed to resolve my issues looks like pure irresponsibility or fraudulent activity. This makes your stock exchange look very unprofessional!

I am having no success in withdrawing some Bitcoin from my hiTBTC Ref #284734.
Its been 3 days, 2 attempts and no response from Support?

If you have such a problem, it is likely that the exchange is fraudulent. I heard a lot of negative reviews about hitBTC, many people faced the same troubles - they could not withdraw their savings. At the same time, the exchange administration refuses to answer questions from users. I would, if I were you, switch to a better and more honest exchange.

Do not write nonsense, I use this exchange for about half a year, and while everything was fine. There are unique coins on it, it's certainly not the scum.
I've been in a few coins and when they are on hitbtc there is always people complaining about withdrawal issues. Can't be a coincidence.
Hitbtc is a shitty exchange i recommend for no.one to use... They lack support, and my very best friend when he sended ethereum, he had to wait 1 month for that ethereum to even show up on his account.... he waited 14 days for support to response plus 15 days for correcting his balance)

HitBTC is not a scam, they are very helpful and very accommodating support. You only need to wait because they have too many tickets to attend to. I believe it will resolve after they open your ticket.

Exchange HitBTC probably has a lot of negative comments, because today this exchange really has strange actions from the technical side, because many simply can not withdraw money at the right time for people. I think that they do it intends.

I bought a largish amount of Ardor and moved it to my Hitbtc "main" account. Now, I cannot move it to the "trade" side to sell it, nor can I withdraw it. This seems like BS to me. Will I ever see this money again? Any advice?

hit btc not scam, initially i also never like that maybe because server is heavy. but i tried using the Private tab if it was mozilla, and incognito if chrome. then it works I can make a withdrawal.

As they have been facing so many problems over the past few weeks, their support can take up to 48 hours to reply. Some people have also reported that they only get replies after like 5 days or something.

I think some of the coins are having difficult to withdraw . And one of them is NEO . But the btc is not a problem in withdrawing and depositing in hitbtc. And they had a bit delay in some of the coins that users have to transfer to their wallets. When you see their forum in hitbtc their are many complaints of users that are being not to withdraw their coins.

Just a word of caution when withdrawing NEO. You must only withdraw whole numbers to the wallet, never decimals. You may loose the change.

I've been using hitbtc for a long. Haven't found anything to be a scam, Op might have got into a phising exchange website resembling same as that of the legitimate hitbtc, because this is a popular as well a old exchange. Everywhere flaws will be there, we're supposed to contact the support and sought it out.

There has been a tonne of people having problems with hitBTC. I personally do not trade on there now. I use to like it but last few months it seems/feels dodgy to me.
Their is plenty of other exchanges to choose from that have average to high trading volumes.
The only time now I would consider trading on hitBTC is if a coin I want is only listed on it.

The plan is to gather here the maximum of plaintiffs names, evidences and then send an ultimatum letter to hitbtc. If we pool our resources we will have much greater chances to solve the problems than just by ourselves
If after submittal no satisfying response comes and that ALL the plaintiffs funds are returned without exception we will contact and forward to the competent authorities in HK, Europe and the US

Congratulations guys for making this radical step. I have HitBTC account and use this exchange from time to time, but only small amounts (less than 200$) I got verified with Cobinhood exchange, it took me 48h to complete Level. 1 verification process (Level 2 is 5 days and not complete). KuCoin exchange doesn't have verification as far as I am aware and I didn't have any problems with withdrawing my crypto, but I never leave any coins on the exchange, just buy/sell and withdraw after that.
I will watch this thread closely, I don't want in future to fall into that trap with withdrawing process.

This constraint may be very good for you. I do not think hitbtc is a failed site because I have used it for trading and just yesterday a brother I used hitbtc for a transaction. I thought for some time and did not want to do it. but it's not a failed site.

I think this is a great idea. I am waiting to see if after XMAS I am able to withdraw my coins and tokens from there. If they piss around and don't let me withdraw I will also want to be added to the list. I think HITBTC may be doing some dirty tricks and trading with people's money to manipulate the prices? I have no idea but it's kind of something I was thinking about the other day, of course I could be wrong and it might just be the XMAS holidays delaying everything at this time as many whales are doing their cashing out.

I just used doge today. It was instant. But it was not much. Something like 2600 dogecoins.
I prefer to use doge and maybe also small amounts. I don't know if they are holding huge amounts ( to steal it for example )

ok, i had luck and could trade my neo for btc...after 3 attempts i was able to withdraw btc....

You should write to their support about that, but good luck with them responding. I wrote a ticket about a month ago, still haven't heard anything from them. They are not the best exchange to be used.

HitBTC itself is having a lot of issues these days. There are many people in the queue complaining about their wallets and withdrawals.
It would be better to transfer the coins to another exchange while this mess is cleared.

There are many of that, that are having problems right now, because the blockchain is very fast right now, all you need to do is to have patience and wait until it is totally fixed, dont rush, rushing will lead you to a bad way, that is my advice for you

This problem may be particularly with you Account and maybe neo itself but I don't think hitbtc is a scam site as I have been using it for trading and just yesterday a friend and I make used of hitbtc for transactions. I think some time they do site down and hitbtc is not doing very well in customers services and they need to improve on it; but it is not a scam site.

Not only in hitbtc, but another exchange site just like etherdelta get an attack from a scammer. bitfinex already closed registration for new users. I think it is not just NEO, other altcoins and tokens also have problems on withdrawal. I saw on CAPP telegram that they have problems withdrawing CAPP token from there as well. The worst is support does not seems to respond to tickets. I hope this exchange don't turn into a scam, it will drag cryptocurrencies down again.
