ok lang naman sigurong hindi ideclare yung kita mo online at least wala pang tax IMHO lang naman.

tama na kung ayaw mong mataxan kita mo wag na lng  ideclare yung kita mo through online , tsaka kung di naman malaki kita tulad ko hehe e wag na lng taxan hehe

Kaso pag nakita ng BIR na madami kang nabibili tapos wala ka naman kinikita, iimbestigahan ka. Pag nakita nila na wala kang dine-declare, sisingilin ka nila ng sobrang laki tapos pwede ka pa makulong. Criminal offense ang di magbayad ng buwis. If sobrang laki niyang pera mo, like as in nasa millions, mag declare ka manlang kahit mga 25% para ma-justify mo yung mga gastos/expenditures mo.

Anyone has an idea kung pano mangyayari if you convert big amounts of cryptocurrency to PHP let's say from trading, may CGT ba?

Walang Capital Gains Tax yan. Ang babayaran mo is Income tax. Since investments yan, so similar yan sa stocks. Hence, ang taxable dyan sa is yung kinita mo sa investment mo. So for example, P1,000 ang ininvest mo then nung binenta mo yung Bitcoins sa P1,500. So ang kita mo is P500 at yan ang taxable. Kung siguro naman mga hangang P500,000 lang kinita mo sa Bitcoins, wag mo na declare. Di naman din nila yan mapapansin. Pero kung kumita ka ng higit pa diyan at tsaka mo dinoposito sa bank mo, then reredflag ka. Papasok yan sa mga redflag sa AMLA then maiimbestigahan ka.

1m+ ata doon na sila mag iimbestiga pero depende din sa income na nilagay
