You can't say Cartaxi is a successful ICO when the price still below than ICO price and there is no any news if CTX token would be listed on poloniex.

The real hardcap of the cartaxi ico was 200k ethereum and as the current result cartaxi just earn maybe around 10 - 15 percent from its hardcap. If you are talking about the bounty hunter and i can say about the bounty hunter must understand about what already happened with cartaxi.
cartaxy will pay full amount of the bounty if the hardcap could be reached. But a lot of people already accused cartaxi because the developer already fooled a lot of person about the roadmap.
You are correct. They only raised around 13,5% from their real hardcap. I don't understand why people keep telling if Cartaxi has reached the hardcap, which obviously false.
