"nowadays"? This practice has been there since bitcoin started. The very basis of the bitcoin's popularity was it's use for drugs and other illicit activities. You cannot blame a "currency" for something wrong that's going on! I can go on a street and buy drugs with INR note, so would you put a question mark on ruppee?
No, I won't blame rupee. But I want to say that when a criminal would take cash from someone, we can easily catch him(like in movies, criminal says to come at a place and keep the cash there, and police who's already hidden there will catch him). But, if same kidnapper demands bitcoin from you, will you be able to catch him. That's why I said bitcoin is being misused
Misuse depends on the user...
In Bangladesh, Cannabis is legal whereas in India it's illegal.
Now, how can you say that a law in a specific place can be hold for what is 'abuse' or not.

I don't want to say anything on this now.
just want to say creating bitcoin wallet shouldn't be too easy like one click.its also need pan card, bank passbook, identity verification. then crimes in btc will must be finished.
And the law of decentralization is broken.
PAN cards, Bank passbooks are unique to each country, if Bitcoin bases itself in a single country, the other country's users will suffer and it will create a SPOF (Single point of failure) and heavy centralization on the country, it only hinders our rights, no benefits will come out of this.. Believe me.
ohh really?
so what about paypal,perfectmoney,okpay,neteller,payza..etc they all required your every detail such like above i told you pan, country identity.. etc.and people using it.and there too sending money is easy.and on above payment method no one can use them for keeping black money.but bitcoin is helping to keep blackmoney(no identity no bank detail no pan card).
Bitcoin was created to be a decentralized currency that is not controlled by anyone...
If you care about this sh!t, please use those sh!t and don't worry about Bitcoin..
Bitcoin is essentially that way and I also think that it needs to be that way...
very good bro and you don't care about criminals amd security. did you ever thought why government don't want to support bitcoin, and they are often silent because of illegal use.and now i think we should stop to discussion on this topic.

Carding is like abusing for bitcoin.
Bitcoin is a medium of exchange and use/abuse of any medium of exchange depends on its user.

Nowadays, carders purchase hacked credit cards and exchange that money with local bitcoin or trader to get bitcoin. Then, they convert this btc into their bank money.
If a LocalBitcoins trader accepts credit card payment against his/her bitcoin, then the problem is with him/her. Bitcoin should never be sold against any reversible/disposable payment method like credit card, paypal or gift card. If any trader is doing this, he/she is doing it at his/her own risk. NEFT/IMPS are safe against bitcoin transaction.

Don't you think it's wrong use of bitcoin.
Absolutely NOT! Why blame bitcoin for a flawed system like credit card? It is a shame that a fragile system like credit card is still in place and bitcoin has nothing to do with it.

PAN card, Aadhar card, Bank passbook verification must be there like as in zebpay, coinsecure, btcxindia, etc
Their use cases are different altogether than that of LocalBitcoins. For those, who want money within 15 minutes in their bank account, LocalBitcoins is and will always remain more preferable than others. On the contrary, if you are not in hurry to get money in your bank account soon, but interested in real time trading, then you have no other way than going to CoinSecure/BTCXIndia. ZebPay offers a plethora of services through mobile app, which is unavailable at LocalBitcoins.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL, this is the biggest laugh I ever had.
Well, they can sure impose high restrictions and KYC-AML but how do they know that the money is legit or from carding?
Most top-of-the-class secure carders mix the coins the every transaction they make, it's near to impossible to find out from where the coin originated if they securely mix it...

Its a wrong use of localbitcoin not bitcoin. As you said if local bitcoin also verify the details and personal information of buyer/seller like Zebpay, coinsecure etc do,such misuse can be prevented
