Same here although I've not had any response after six weeks!

I bricked my mobile phone and had to request the removal of my 2-factor authentication on 18th June 2013. I've contacted the support desk a further 5 times since but still no response.

My ticket status' simply state that they are "Awaiting assignment to a support agent".

Awful service.

Wallet backup import worked like a charm, thank you :-)

I don't feel like I need to worry so much now. I think the wallet backup is plenty good enough. The secret passphrase had me a bit worried to be honest. I thought somehow I might need the 2nd factor in order to use the encrypted backup. I guess the key to unencrypt the backup must be stored on the server, which I didn't expect

Thanks again

Jago,

Did you fill out a two-factor authentication reset request?

https://blockchain.info/wallet/reset-two-factor

Or PM me your account details (as much info as you can provide) and I'll reset the authentication settings. To restore an email backup create a new account with the same password click,  [Import / Export] then [Import Backup] and past the contents of the email backup in the text area.

So... the battery fell out the back of my phone as I was about to change the SD card and I ended up having to wipe everything and do a nandroid restore.

As a result I lose my Google Authenticator setting for Blockchain.info MyWallet

Now, I used the email backup so I have the .json ready to restore. But how do I do this?

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-do-i-decrypt-the-blockchaininfo-email-backup-wallet-93040 mentions this but not with 2 factor auth.

I've requested manually recovering but no word back yet.
