I want to tag the account, but need to be sure what I am tagging it for.
There is a complicated evidence of that this account (among many others) belongs to a known scammer farlack. I don't know about this connection, so will not go further in this direction.
Let's go to 2 other cases for this exact account.
1. Changing hands.
First carizmerlin31 spoke Philippinish https://ninjastic.space/search?author=carizmerlin31&board=260 before 2018. Ratimov found that her forum name corresponds to some person from Philippines. Starting from 2019 the account changes hands and in 2020 starts posting scam topics in Russian and no more in Philippinish. Social media accounts are also changed.
2. Scamming people.
We can look at the log of a topic in Russian https://ninjastic.space/topic/5296447 and we will see that, as Ratimov assumed, there are several negative comments about that carizmerlin31 doesn't work with escrow and those who worked with this account didn't get what they payed for. The given example of a completed work is also not available. So self moderated topic is used to cheat and hide the evidence.
Basing on that and what was written by Ratimov in a longer text https://ninjastic.space/post/57115889 I suppose there is enough evidence for leaving a negative tag and supporting a flag (as I see I've already supported that flag previously).
