Did any of you watch the eBay auction for a Casascius
BTC0.5 Silver today? It just ended 30 minutes ago.
Wow, what a steal of a price and the real action happened in just the final minutes.
The coin, with less than 5 minutes to go in the auction, is only bid up to 0.5689

did participate in the action but I knew I was going to get out bid. Check out the bidding history >>>

Exciting to watch! Congrats to the seller and winner...I'm sure you're lurking around here!

More importantly, though, I want to offer an apology for anyone in this collectibles community that's been upset or annoyed with any comments I've left. I've read through my past comments and seen some that make me look like an ass. I'll knock that snarky sh*t off.
Also, I know some of you feel I don't have any knowledge of the topic. You can believe what you want, but I've been following these coins since 2014. I have a few Casascius coins, but my collection is small. The only reason I'm not able to participate in more auctions is because my bitcoin pockets aren't as deep as others here. The amount of coin y'all pass around is impressive! I envy it.
Last, some of my comments have been opinion-based and rooted in expanding the discussion we have here about these coins. I'm a huge supporter of Casascius coins and I've opened my mind after reading your praise for other coins. I hope you can extend me the same courtesy if/when I'm offering an alternative perspective to any topic.
I enjoy roaming the threads with you all. If you're ever in my area, look me up so we can get a pint. I'll buy the first round!
Cheers, "HabbyB"
