OP if you want to see how an auction should be conducted just look at any one posted by @minerjones. With his positive trust gathered over the years he does not need to include proof of ownership with photos but you do. If someone chooses to buy from a new member with no feedback please use escrow for your protection. Good luck with the sale welcome to the board.
