Even in airconditioned room, my GPUs were around 70 Celsius when in case. Now they are in rig and they are 50 Celsius. They will die sooner if you heat them in the case.

It's all about air flow and ambient temperature. This rig is in my garage during the winter. Temps are low

I would better don't do that, you will short lifespan of your GPUs rapidly.
But if you still want this, then take a look at Antec Lanboy.
I have this one as well.
You can dismount most of frames, so air will flow better.
There also lot of fans.

Here is a write-up I did when I built a machine similar to what you're building.  This is over on Phil's threads.  Good stuff over there.

Looks like that case has increased in price, though...

With a little modification, CM Stacker can hold several VGA's.

you're the man too

I don't wanna be the man; I just want fact rather than fallacy.

edit: okay I wanna be the man too Wink

now try and find me a 8 slot small form factor case

i wish you luck good sir

Good luck?  Are you being facetious now?  You are the one with the requirement.
Here you go.  micro-ATX case with 8 slots.

That's an entirely different request than your original but it's pretty simple to tick a few boxes on the Newegg site to add some filters.
So you're looking for a mini-ITX case that will fit 4 double-slot GPUs thereby violating both sensibility and the Pauli exclusion principle?

Here's the link with the boxes ticked sorted from lowest price to highest.  Have a look.

thank you for all of your hard work,

I apologise

I will continue with my projects now

There are a few, but they're not real common.

Best "low-cost" one I've worked with are the Termaltake H34/H35 series.

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133271&cm_re=8_expansion_slots_case-_-11-133-271-_-Product

 for an example

*MOST* full-tower ATX cases only have 7 card slots some even have only 6.
You need *8* or more to fit 4 "mining" class GPUs into a case.

One nice thing about that case - all of the drive bays are removeable, and can be refitted into several different positions, so it's fairly easy to get a pair of Delta (or any other high-flow 120mm x 38mm) fans mounted into the front of the case for good through airflow without having to cut ANYTHING.

mate you are the man, thank you.

i wish they sold these locally.

if you could find any more that would be amazing

top stuff mate thanks again

Dude, this guy is not the man.  In fact he is wrong.  I gave you good information and you disregarded it for false information.

Once again, MOST atx FULL-TOWER cases have room for 4 GPUS.  I don't know what FULL-TOWER cases you were testing but you must be very unlucky.
The Corsair 900D which I recommended has 10 expansion slots - plenty of room for 4 GPUs.  Now, here is graphical representation of what I said -

I chose the same site your man selected and I added a filter for FULL-TOWER ATX.  As you can see of the 300 possible cases you can purchase, 266 of them WILL accept 4 GPUs.  As is also painfully evident, there are no FULL-TOWER ATX cases with 6 expansion slots and only 32 of the 300 have 7 slots.  Come on mate, who's the man?  Give me some loving.

Wait, this post wouldn't be complete without a quote from "the man":

I would think most if not all ATX full tower cases have room for 4 GPUs side-by-side.
