In a country like Tunisia, we don't have access to international credit cards services or to have a dollar or euro account in existing local banks. I used to change bitcoin with neteller and skrill accounts but since last  January, the PaySafeGroup changed it's policy to ban cards use in Tunisia (don't know why) and start asking for more verification Bills. So in this sheety country we can not use bitcoin in exchange for any service or product. Am always looking for tunisians asking fior Bitcoin but all my calls had no echo. My question is What existing solutions to cash out my bitcoins by moneygram or westernUnion? And does there any trusted platform to do this?

I suggest applying for a bitcoin debit card with either Cryptopay or Wirex. You can then conveniently load your bitcoins to your card and withdraw the money from any ATM in Tunisia. Safe and easy. No need to constantly hunt for local buyers and haggle a price with them.

Don't you have ATMs linked to the Visa and MasterCard payment networks? You mentioned you don't have access to international credit card services but this doesn't mean you can't use cards in your country's ATMs. I'm sure Tunisia is not THAT extremely third world. A lot of tourists come to your country and they bring cards with them to access cash and other services.

You can get TND dinars at Bank of Tunisia ATMs.

Yes tourists and tunisians living abroad have their credit cards and they use them in Tunisian ATMs but as a tunisian living in Tunisia there is no bank offering that service. I used localbitcoin for rxchange with Neteller but this was when Neteller Cards works in our ATMs. Since the service stopped, i sold few amounts of bitcoins to similar enthousiasts who have no solutions to buy bitcoin or for any Tunisian lives abroad and can withdraw them.
As i checked, Wirex is already an installed project offering a variaty of services and am just about to verify its reputation and if anyone get issued with it. But for cryptopay, that am following updates, is still an under developpement project willing to collect more funds by ICO sheduled for the next few months (as i remember) so i can't trust them that much. Thanks for your replay. Am willing to discover Tunisians in this forum so we can collectivly find solutions for those small issues.

Sadly no exchange offering this service but I can recommend you one site www.localbitcoins.com you withdraw your bitcoins in wallet then deposit in this site and post your advertising as you have any customer then you can sell him and receive your moneygram or westernunion payment its currently most reliable source for person like you

A coin saved is a coin earned. Get another today!
Seems like there is not much happening with bitcoin there.. even on localbitcoins.com only found one person selling for cash. But I'd use localbitcoins platform to find yourself someone willing to cash out or buy in using western union.
