There are cashout services available in some areas but I think it’s only available to PINOY.
The best way to deal with this is by P2P, and just use your Philippines bank to receive the peso amount.

I just want to remind everyone here to stay cautious and avoid dealing sa mga ganitong services, most probably makikisuyo sila to transact and use your bank or even your gcash, marame na nabiktima ng ganito sa pagkakatanda ko, kaya magingat tayo.

Why is there a need to convert your crypto into PESO?
I believe you’re not PINOY based on your post history and if you are looking for a services to get someone’s information well that’s an old strategy of a scammer. Not to judge here but it’s better to be safe.

Binance is complete crap! I cant even login(I use copy paste for the password).

If you are having problem with Binance, then you can try Huobi p2p.  It works like Binance p2p.

Resetting the password is also not possible, because system is busy.
When I try again to reset the password I cant even press the next button.

It is possible that there is problem with your connection.  You can check your connection via  CMD (dos shell) through ping command if you are in desktop. Sometimes the icon link is unresponsive if you are having a connection problem.

or do cash transaction?
Honestly, there's no safe way for exchanging crypto in person, but there are a few preventive steps that'll reduce its risks to a minimum:

  • If the wallet that you're using allows you to create a hidden wallet, do it and transfer an insignificant amount to your decoy wallet!
  • Make sure to "at least" bring a friend [preferably someone that's tougher than you] and meet in public places that have enough crowd!
  • Try to meet in a place that has a nearby pawnshop or money exchange, so you can take out a few banknotes at random and ask them to check if it's real or counterfeit money [do this before you send your crypto].
  • When everything is done, make sure nobody follows you on your way back home!

But how do I assure the money comes from the seller and not from a third party?
Yung Binance P2P ay person to person trading ng crypto like buy and sell so yung funds or cash na makukuha sa pagbebenta ng crypto ay manggagaling sa ibang tao at hindi mismo sa binance.

Any Idea how to work safe with binance or do cash transaction?

Did you type the password manually? Try to type it manually and see if it's going to work.

It's a P2P so basically, the seller will have the fund transferred to you. As long as the transaction will go through and you receive the fund, it's not a matter of concern whether they use a third party or not.
