All I can say is that I played a lot on Fortunejack in the past and never had a issue with withdrawals. Hopefully it will be resolved in the next days if they want to keep a nice reputation.

It is proven many times before that FJ sometimes experience issue (as I know this is Normal in an active and popular gambling sites)  but the best thing is the company keeps answering and sorting how to rightfully addressed the cases and how to Solve it.

this proves another thing , that just give them time and everything will be settled (But of course sometimes there is a need to call for their Name here in Forum) for quicker response lol.
Maybe it's all a matter of timing because the casino itself will definitely handle the problems faced by other users. So in this case, maybe we need to be patient a bit waiting in line because FJ is one of the casinos that has a reputation so it's only natural that we have to wait until our problem is resolved.

Congratulations to @OP for getting his money back and for next time be careful with gambling. But it's natural that @OP panicked at that point and maybe we could panic if we did.

I am glad you received your withdrawal, because I actually knew FortuneJack will not scam you. I think 3 days with problems with the Ethereum network transactions is quite fast, so you were lucky.  Wink

Put yourself in their shoes.....

1. You transfer coins to an external address and something goes wrong...
2. You cannot cancel the transaction, because it is already "on-chain"
3. If the transaction confirm and you re-send the money.... the receiver will receive a double payment that you will never get back.

You also mentioned "deposit bonuses" and those usually come with rollover requirements.. so I was actually surprised that you did not have to clear that first.  Roll Eyes

I think it was natural that you got come cold feet for what was happening, however since members of the forum have a lot of experience they knew that you will receive your money sooner or later so their recommendation of being patient was correct, we must understand that even good casinos have some issues once in a while and it may take them longer to process a withdrawal, but as long as you receive your money then everything is right, and welcome to the forum, this is probably the best place where to find reliable information when it comes to cryptocurrency casinos so it would be a good idea to keep visiting in the case you want to try other casinos.

Well, I think it is normal to panic when we can not do what we want but we should calm down to thinking what we need to do.
It is another lesson to all of us to give time to the casino to solve our problem while we can wait for some time.
I think you can change the title of your thread to become SOLVED so other people can get something from your case.
You also get a lesson from this case and hopefully, you will not have the same thing in the future.

As expected from FJ. It is indeed an issue on the network. It's fine not to delete the post but you should edit the thread and add [SOLVED] in it so that those who will post in this thread will know that it is already solved and no need to be discussed again. Just always think that you can ask help or guide in Bitcointalk forum if ever you encounter some problem in casinos. Many casinos have their own Bitcointalk account where they can answer your inquiries and questions.

You can tell other gamblers that there is a forum like Bitcointalk and it has a gambling discussion section where it can help you when it comes to everything Cryptocurrency casino, we have seen newbies coming here because of their issues on the casino they are playing and this forum can help provided that the casino they are having issues had a thread here or if the casino doesn't want to settle the issue you can help the community by exposing them.

Better lock this thread as it already served its purpose.

But put [SOLVED] on his title thread so we know this case is already closed. And not delete, but yes, lock the thread. This will give also a reference that FJ is indeed paying their players. There may be hiccups because of some uncontrolled situations but they will resolve the situation right away. Good for the OP that he played in one of the reputable casinos, wonder if he went to the known shady site, maybe, he is still waiting in vain for his funds.

It is actually a good thing that you recognize that Fortune Jack is one of those casinos that have a respectable feedback and reputation across the forum. It is normal to panic especially if it is your very first experience to get a delay on your withdrawal.
What you need to do is to get in touch with the support regularly, I'm sure reputable casino will not disappoint you if you did nothing wrong.
Lastly, deleting the post is not that necessary but it is better to lock this thread to avoid more unnecessary replies since your issue has been solved already.

As a gambler it is really frustrating that it would happen to you and we don't want to experience that. I am not sure whether there is really a problem with the Ethereum network but what I noticed is that they are trying to make excuse not to make your withdrawals since if they would only allow you they will let you cancel your transaction and asked to use other currency or network but I think they don't have convert option.

I reinstate that I am not accusing them about any wrongdoing atm, it is just unbelievably weird that a transaction that takes 3 to 5 minutes is now taking 3 days after several confirmations I received about it.
It is better to send those screenshots if needed by the support. You don't have to make things complicated if they're continuously communicating with you.
If they've said that it's already processed then add some more patience and see if it will come into your account within the next day or two.

Fortunejack won't get their reputation bad just because of a withdrawal issue. I'm sure fj will pay you once they fix the issue on their end so just wait patiently and you'll surely get paid. Once a gambling site really wanted their reputation to uphold then paying their gamblers is one of a must. Just contact them on what dothebeats provided and ask about the update on your withdrawal situation, just don't do it many times. You can start a scam accusation thread if you didn't get paid at all but atm, all you can do is wait.

You can upload the screenshots to an image hosting website such as imgur.com then post the links here.
But I don't think there is any need for this since you are not accusing them of any thing yet and hence you don't have to prove anything. You will need to do this if you decide to create a scam accusation thread.

Since they didn't give you the transaction id then most likely they didn't process your withdrawal request yet because of a problem at their end (wallet down for maintenance)!

Well I haven't had any probelms with the network or whatsoever, I do think if the transaction was processed they should be able to provide you with the confirmation and you can track it as well. The only probelm with the network I see is the surge of fee that is almost transient I hope. Other than that I recommend you to :
1. Keep talking
2. Open a scam accusation thread only if they don't reply to you on the form personally first.
3. Provide details and more information on your case, most probably provide SC and proof
( Don't worry the casino is not a scam for sure and they would be able to assist you better, I think there might be some issues which the chat assistant might not have a hang of)

This is actually my first time reading something like this for FortuneJack. I know they ask for KYC quite often, but I thought they will process it as soon as possible. What might be the problem with the ETH network that the withdrawal took so long?
I'm sure they will resolve it. It has to be resolved, unless they want their reputation to get some mess. You should give proofs though. They'll resolve this in no time.

They have been active on the forum for a long time and if you ask me they have also built a solid and reliable reputation over the years. They are also quite active with promotions on the forum. And more importantly, they are active on the forum and can solve your problems directly with them here as well. This often works even more powerfully than via the helpdesk of the site. But it is possible that they will still help you via email. Several issues have already been resolved through the forum. A PM to Fortunejack seems like the best choice right now.

Since they are responding to your chats, I will still advise you to wait a bit.  Really this days to my end I have network challenges. The network I am using to browse for about 2 days now no network. It was today the network came and it is very slow. Probably they are facing some technological challenges. I do not think it will be possible for you to withdraw it from another BTC address.. because the cash has already been sent to the address you provided. But the transaction is not successful they have to revive the money to your account by then you can use another wallet to do the transaction.

But if the thing is persistent, you can proceed to scam and accusation Board and lay down the complain there with enough evidences, screen shot of the transaction, reason of the transaction which you have mentioned. And other images of evidence.  But I still believe Fortune Jack  is a reputable company in this forum. So I am still appealing to you to calm down.

Flooding them in chat will likely result to you being ignored and banned for spamming so it's good that you raised it hear. Perhaps it's some just issues on their part and nothing really major, but yeah try contacting them on the link I provided and see if you'll get this resolved soon.

Since they are responding to your chats, I will still advise you to wait a bit.  Really this days to my end I have network challenges. The network I am using to browse for about 2 days now no network. It was today the network came and it is very slow. Probably they are facing some technological challenges. I do not think it will be possible for you to withdraw it from another BTC address.. because the cash has already been sent to the address you provided. But the transaction is not successful they have to revive the money to your account by then you can use another wallet to do the transaction.

But if the thing is persistent, you can proceed to scam and accusation Board and lay down the complain there with enough evidences, screen shot of the transaction, reason of the transaction which you have mentioned. And other images of evidence.  But I still believe Fortune Jack  is a reputable company in this forum. So I am still appealing to you to calm down.

Hi everybody,

I decided to write a post here because I am finding myself in a situation in which I feel really worried and helpless.

I AM NOT GIVING A DEFAMATORY WITNESSING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. IT IS JUST AN ISSUE I AM FACING AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SOLVE


A couple of days ago, I registered on FortuneJack casino and deposited in ETH about 300$, which I lost.
Since they have bonuses for the 2nd and 3rd deposit I decided depositing again, always in ETH, about the same amount. Magically, I won more than 5,000$. I cashed out 4300$, then 500$ after some more winning, always using ETH. I lost the remaining 1,000$ left in my account but was overall obviously happy about the experience.

I was actually waiting to receive the cash out to deposit again for the 3rd bonus but it has been now the 3rd day in a row than I am unable to receive the money I won.

At first, they asked me to proceed with the KYC verification, which is totally reasonable and I instantly did. In the morning they approved my identity verification and informed me by email that the payment would be processed shortly. Never received it.

When I asked for some explanation on the 2nd day, they told me that there is an issue with the ETH transactions, but it would be fixed during the day.
Never received it.

Today is the 3rd day and I was informed by email that the issue would be fixed during the day but, again, never received it.

The customer support always promptly replies in the chat but they are unable to give me any help whatsoever.
Since the issue is with the ETH transactions, I asked for some option, for instance to cash out in a different crypto currency, accepting any converting ratio they would choose, not possible. They told me the transaction was already processed and the issue lies in the ETH network. I then asked for a hash transaction ID, but they told me they don't have it.
I asked to cancel my withdrawal requests, let me play and eventually cash out in a different crypto currency. Not possible.

I am not here to talk bad about the casino or to give a defamatory feedback but I start to feel worried about the whole thing.

Can somebody please advice me how to proceed? I saw FortuneJack has also account here promoting his services, can anybody from the team let me know how we can fix this issue?
