Thank you for your answer. I have seen an article about santander and another about banks, it seems to me that they aren't btc friendly, especially to cash out for large amounts

You should have no issue withdrawing to a portuguese bank account. Personally I would avoid Santander, but anyway you will probably be asked where the funds come from and justify it to any bank with your exchange withdrawals.

I would like to know if there are any expatriates or Portuguese who have found banks willing to receive euros from capital gains in BTC.
we want to move to portugal, and to buy a house we will have to go through a bank.
Do you have any feedback?
