KYC is usually if you want to withdraw large amounts. $3 shouldn't be an issue.

But the main problem here is that the $3 comes from a no deposit bonus where there is a requirement to do KYC in order to withdraw the fund from no deposit bonus no matter how much the fund is.
Rule is still rule imo, so I think he should do the KYC if he want to withdraw the $3.

KYC is usually if you want to withdraw large amounts. $3 shouldn't be an issue.

As far as i know primedice never had no deposit bonus, it's usually just giveaways by stunna which requires small amount of deposit.(if you go for bigger prizes)

It's so hard to cash out the deposit bonus because on all the websites that I saw you had to play the slot machines for it to count towards the deposit bonus. Which is obviously pure luck and even then the house has a huge edge on slot machines. We can't even know the edge so...

Yes its pretty much to bring people to their sites and into the casino. Making it very tempting to deposits your own money. Also when they offer deposited bonus on top of that it really pushes people that little bit extra to deposite.

The only no deposit bonus I managed to cash out was the bonus from directbet.eu casino that gives bitcointalk members 30k doge. I bet a lot on minesweeper, got it up to 100k doge when I was close to cashing out, got on an unlucky streak and went back to 30k. I ended up cashing out around 50k doge. I once tried that kind of bonus before but it never worked out for me. I spent like 5 hours trying to wager it to the required number but still trying to still get a big win but I ended up loosing everything right before I even reach the wagered requirement. I think that those kind of bonuses are just waste of time specially with those really high wagering requirement.

Jetwin used to have a low cashout amount long back. A lot of casinos offer no deposit bonus these days and if you bet on Red/Black on Roulette then you can reach the minimum amount with a high probability.

I did it twice IIRC, first was on birwo casino (dead now) I cashed out 0.05 from 0.05 no deposit bonus and second I cashed out 0.03btc from 0.025 no deposit bonus on bitcoinpenguin casino.
It is a good profit if we can make something from no deposit bonus because we dont risk anything from our own pocket.
