Thank you for the understanding and please close this nonsense thread!

Going over sunniechance3's post history.... most of his/her posts are very brief. I don't believe they'll contribute anything better than what is in the op.

Not sure if there really is anything else to discuss here.

Also about MY MOTIVE to exchange this direction with a loss of -10% as I don't have to explain but anyway:

I run run online businesses and receive payments via Paypal that I cannot withdraw all at once to my bank every day and also I have to wait 2-3 days. Also I need higher VOLUME for my trading.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND NOW ?

Anyone can call me to talk - my phone number is on my profile - no dumbasses accepted.

Keep up ONLY the good work!

Well if you have refunded him you not need to worry about this, just post the txid and we will know who is the scammer here.

Usless to say that paypal should not be used to sell or buy bitcoins there are so much scams going on that you should avoid this.

If someone really need urgent bitcoins i do not see why not withdraw the money to the bank account and buy them by different ways.

I am so sure that mostly of the people who claim t hey can not whitdraw the paypal to bank are using hacked or just fake paypal accounts, and why someone need to make a fake paypal account if he is not a scammer?

Let's see how this story will end

What about it? I wrote that i will post later as I   was attending an important meeting not arguing with a pack of stupid miserable pathetic suspicious horde like what is overtaking the forum recently. I know we as a community have to educate the newbies how to protect themselves like a father his sons but we must not CROSS the BORDERS and look stupid! So the trend here is everyone to accuse everyone hence both are wrong ?

Anyway so here it goes:

Refunded almost immediately after the error and his wish to refund.

The user's Paypal returned a COMMON ERROR: 'Sorry but cannot send the payment right now' - that EVERY TRADER OR OWNER OF AN ACCOUNT FOR MORE THAN 1 week KNOWS hahaha cannot believe the stupidity of some 'traders' -

https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/About-Payments/We-re-sorry-but-we-can-t-send-your-payment-right-now/td-p/772473

So what if I accuse the user for lying and report him and claim to ban him?

What if I accuse of scam everyone who gets suspicious about my offers and report them?

Come on people, get real and LEARN how to operate accordingly!

I have seen this message from paypal "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now" when I try to sent to someone that has a lot of sends already or paypal doesn't allow me to send with them.
But it works from another paypal that tries it.

I could not understand what happened here, I see it has Paypal involved, but what is you complaint exactly ? How much did he scam you ?
Use the proper scam accusation form and post clear screenshots to support your case.

WTF same error again - We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now

What is your btc address to refund you or we wait until your account is OK perhaps in a few hours to retry?
