Hello friends

I am working as freelancer and my country not allowed to use paypal so I was opened an new paypal account in year 2015 via new zealand IP VPN and was received around 600 USD in paypal account then account was got limited and after 180 days I was received email that can able to cash out funds

on May 2016 I was received email as below

Your PayPal Funds are Eligible for Withdrawal

and paypal account is NZ country and allowed to cash out via bank only as below

https://www.upload.ee/image/6665148/NZ_pp_cashout.PNG

now problem is that as account was opened on fake name info and country so paypal support just change account status to limitation can not be appealed and its still fine as paypal allowed to cash out funds still remain in account which is around 600 USD right now

I was already late to cash out funds and now more then 1 year already passed since account was got limited and now  i talked with paypal support for allow cash out funds and they said that can cashout funds via bank account or they replied me as below

We can also issue your funds by wire transfer for a fee of $50.00 AUD

so I not sure how I can do it? while I have NO any bank account?

so now help from someone here whose able to cash out funds in his USA or new Zealand bank account

even your name address not match to paypal profile I will still ask paypal if they can complete transfer 600 usd to your bank account

also its my hard earn cash and clean legit money so I NOT willing to pay highest fees like 40-50%

I ready add your bank account in my account if you got 50+ positive rating green and more then 2 years old member here

otherwise you need submit 50% amount as security deposit to escrow before I start cash-out funds to your bank account
