Thanks for earlier replies! As I'd mentioned, do have some reservations about what new value reviews can do, but always curious to see innovation in this department (online gaming, gambling, crazy how it's become so inventive but the reviewing aspect has actually become worse).

Looking at the weaknesses of most review sites where reviewers aren't really able to give observations without playing for at least a year actively, what's the plan for reviewing, and where can I find your Review ethics (even if draft) touching on the topics I mentioned in my first post here? Noting that not many review sites actually have one that's easily found Wink

This will never ever rank/work. Why even raise money to start an affiliate website, get content writing lol.

Allow me to explain what you already did wrong or lied to us about.

1. If you guys were ''Bitcointalk old timers'', you wouldn't need to raise money.
2. Raising money for an affiliate website is sort of unheard of, if it was your own casino and you needed $40k for iSoftbet white label package, yeah...maybe.
3. ''Keeping it on the low'' by posting the url without spaces or anything *cough* backlink from btctalk.org?
4. What is the initial asked-for amount based upon?
5. Have you done market research? Do you know how competitive the casino niche is, even if you think you're tackling some niche as ''crypto casinos'' which every casino affiliate site has a tab for in their header menu nowadays?
6. The idea of a PGP fingerprint casino is fun, all plays well to believers of ANON, which is fine, but ehum how do you know a 14-year-old hasn't downloaded Kleopatra and how are you going to do KYC, AML?

Bottom line: the idea is nice, but keep owning your own ''revolutionary online casino'' as a dream for now.

Hi, I would like to know how I can benefit by investing in your website early? I see the project is fairly new, and I would like a good ROI. You seem trusted by bitcointalk users. I am interested Smiley.

Please kindly tell me any ways I can invest, like buying your chips or something? Any direct links to how I can do this? I'm not super knowledgeable, so if i missed something in the OP sorry.

I believe you can find all information in their ANN thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ibco-suspended-casino-critique-free-chip-for-bct-members-5409868
as far as I can see, the whole thing IBCO is postponed for now.

I am not sure maybe it is not the best solution to have two threads where the project is introduced.

I wouldn't take out a bank loan with the shark-like interest rates you'd have to pay on that, especially if the money is needed for an extended period of time.
It depends in which country you take a bank, because in some countries the interest rate is lower. I can't understand lenders-investors who want to give a loan, it's not profitable, you can earn mega profits in trading-investing. Consider it charity!

Why don't you take a bank loan for this? This is very profitable, the entire share of 100% will belong to you and no one else. Or do you doubt the profitability of your company? I hope you know what happens when you're a founder, but there are other members as well. Are you not afraid that the fate of brothers Houser will happen to you?

Want top-notch marketing for your project, Hire me
Will the project team be among the investor? Will ask all the listed members in your ANN to make confirmation posts?
Feel free to contact each of the members if you are skeptical, some of them have not confirmed their involvements on public yet.
The IBCO is completely anonymous. All is good if they send Chip and don't want it to be known by anyone.

Thanks for the positive vibe :-)
We hope to have you join our IBCO.
I understand the concept of the casino is to be anonymous is nice because the privacy aspect in cryptocurrency is reducing lately but I just believe the members of the forum listed in the IBCO movement making a comment in your ANN will give people some sort of confidence.
It's just my opinion though.

We are a few bitcointalk old timers who are working on Casino Critique. The team members will bring in public once we launch, let's keep it secret for now.
Trust me ever since you made this thread it is no longer a secret anymore. When first read this thread I was skeptical but after you provide the link to your ANN I was calm somehow because I can see that it took you guys a lot of examining and advice seeking to come up with these casino ideas.

I don't get why you need the money for...
I still didn't understand why you need crowdfunding.
Hello!
Most of the funds will be spent for Marketing and Content creation. On our Initial Bitcoin Chip Offering website in the pie chart we have tried to give the idea of how we will spend the funds. You can check it from our ANN thread too.

To bring the project at the top, for the next 6 months, 71.6% of the funds from Softcap will be used to Marketing only and if we reach our Hardcap then 34.9%+35.1% as you calculate 70% of the funds will be used for Marketing and Content creation. So we are going to use over 2/3 of the fund for massive marketing and producing quality contents.

Might keep an eye on this, is it possible I know some of you veterans?
Now you should already know :-)

there isn't clear where the money will come from. Only ads or referrals too?
The main two source of income are on site ads and affiliates from casinos. Once we become large then we will have many other sources of income like blog writing etc. We will have a full tipster section too in the future. I hope it helps now.

Cheers,

I don't get why you need the money for... I think OP should explain in both threads how they will spend it to become the best Casino Review site for 2027 because if people doesn't have clear how this will be done then it will be hard to get investors.

And you mention an income of $10k/month, but there isn't clear where the money will come from. Only ads or referrals too?

Can someone confirm that  Hhampuz, DireWolfM14 and other forum members are part of Casino Critique team?
They created new topic in Gambling, they are asking for Bitcoin to be sent for some ICO and they locked the topic so I can't ask any questions.
What is up with that?

I can confirm that I am holding one of the three signing keys for the escrow address.  That is the only involvement I have with the team.

I'll let Hhampuz confirm for himself.

Please feel free to enable notification of new replies for announcement topic.
Why is your topic locked?

I assume it's because the thread is not ready for prime time.  Casino Critique wanted the escrow agents to sign a message to post in that thread.  I predict that the thread will be unlocked once the messages are signed and posted.

True indeed but we are working on that as well. We have focused on putting information that will be very much friendly/helpful for the noobs gamblers to pick the best casino and of course by knowing everything they need to before they start.

you explained how your campaign will work, chips and etc... but why do you need it?
looking at ANN, there are quite a number of you in the team, can't you all invest a certain amount of money? Of course, if you believe in your idea, that shouldn't be a problem.
I also think that you would be much more careful and dedicated if you would bear the risk of the business yourself. wasn't that one of the biggest problems with the ICO, where the investors took the biggest risk of the whole project, unlike the initiators who more or less came out with a profit?

Gamblers and operators live in very different worlds, even if the latter may have been or still are gamblers.

AskGamblers really is the only site that has a usefulness in this case -- I've not found a single review site that's completely unbiased, and myself could only give a fair review at sites I've used for years... most reviews aren't very helpful to a new user and it's not something easy to fix (ToS, limits, KYC, customer support are really what affect Bitcoin gamblers the most but can be extremely fluid for any casino).

Something that we (gamblers) really need, is some reputable and experienced members of this forum to provide a service where they serve as a intermediate or arbiter in disputes between gamblers and casinos. A lot of people on here are turning to this forum as a last resort to air their grievances with casinos and most of the time it turns into a shit show of mud slinging and allegations.

The casinos get a bad reputation and the gambler just anger the mods and the owners of these casinos. We need someone to handle these negotiations at a fee... so that there can be a positive solution for both parties.  Wink (obviously no guarantees can be provided for that)

Thank you for doing this, because most people seem to think "review" sites are backed and owned by casinos to "boost" their own ratings. We need reputable people that will be unbiased. (affiliate commision might influence their biased opinion Huh)

We don't know yet. It's the Graphic department who will take care of it :-)

We were thinking to have Initial Bitcoin Offering as the term but then we changed mind. Now we are going with your suggestion.

Fun fact: A copper member can not send merit haha.
I was thinking to send some merit to NotATether but the merit link was not there. It got me stressed to find why it's not there until I realized that I am not from my own account LOL

Actually, they can but you need to already have 2 merit for each merit you send, and you have 1. (I obviously cannot send you some, that would be abuse Tongue)

We worked out something very similar. Yet not final though. Thanks.

Can’t help you with the name, unfortunately, but what I will say is careful with the choice of your advertising partners , you don’t want a conflict of interest.
I completely understand where you are coming from. I took a screenshot from the landing page we are working. It should give you the answer you are looking at :-)

How about Initial Investment Chip Offering
The word investment sometimes create legal conflicts. We will avoid it.

The crypto casino world definitely needs something like this - I generally trust none of them , so it would be nice to have a proper review site.

From what I can understand , you are working on a crypto casino review site- am I right ?
My initial thoughts are -
1. Where will the revenue come from - advertising ?
2. I don’t understand why you need “chips” ?
Sorry if I’m missing something
Oh wow! When did you become legendary? Congratulations Mbitr!
The source of revenue will be affiliate commissions and on site advertising.
Chips to ensure we are not working with small fractions of the btc. It will help us to calculate the percentage of the investors pool to share their monthly revenue.
Imagine people are sending 0.00199986 BTC, 0.00032875 BTC haha

Note: You will have to give me *really* good evidence to sway my belief here. Like doxxing the usernames of the team members in PM to me, so I can be sure I am dealing with people I'm familiar with (efialtis is that you?)

Explanation sounds convincing. But as old timers, you are probaly also thinking what I am thinking now: This place is running amok with real Ponzi schemes.

So how can I be sure that this is not one of them? Or some kind of Theranos?

We are a few bitcointalk old timers who are working on Casino Critique. Our goal is to be at the top in the next 2 years for the specific niche. After one year of the launch our goal is to reach $10k per month in revenue and after 2 to 2.5 years we will scale it up for monthly $100k+. And finally the sky is the limit. As per our observation toppers in the industry are making $150k to $200k if not more than half a million dollar per month. It's not an easy job but not impossible too. We are still in diaper stage and a long way to go to become adult. But in our team we have highly experienced professionals who have the enthusiasm to bring us at the top. We have our full commitment to be at the top by achieving the little goals over the time.

There are nothing new to talk about gambling industry. According to some articles only for online gambling the global gambling market is $57.5 Billion with a capital B. It's from 2021. Be able to be a part of a very small share in the industry means it's an enormous opportunity. We are working our hardest to meet the expectation.

We are planning to have a crowdfunding.
Detailed metric: https://ibco.casinocritique.com/#expensemetric

Right now we have a 2 of 3 multi-sig address for escrow to hold the offered chips. Two of the cosigner of the wallet are two well known bitcointalk members and the third cosigner is from our internal team. Everything in the escrow wallet will be spent for all type of expenses for the project to bring live and continue development. Most of the budget will be spent on marketing and content creations.

For crowdfunding we will accept Chips (thanks to Chipmixer for the idea of Chips).
Minimum unit for a Chip is 0.001 BTC.  All Chips are with 0.001 BTC increments. Maximum Chip from an address will be 1 BTC.
For example when
A Chips oferrer sends 0.001 BTC then they offered 1 chips
A Chips oferrer sends 0.025 BTC then they offered 25 chips
A Chips oferrer sends 0.100 BTC then they offered 100 chips
A Chips oferrer sends 1.000 BTC then they offered 1000 chips

At the time of crowdfunding Chips will be accepted first come first serve basis.

The crowdfunding will be kept completely anonymous. Please be sure that for a transaction which will have more than one input address you will be given a contact form on a spreadsheet to inform us which address to use to send your monthly revenue from the Chips oferrers revenue pool. For all Chips oferrers input address we will keep a public record in a spreadsheet. Once the spreadsheet is final we will bind it with our PGP finger print so you can always verify that nothing on the file has changed. If anyone wants to change an address then they can sign the old address to replace it with a new address via the given email address (you can always use a temporary email) we will have on our website. In that case we will bind the spreadsheet file again with our PGP finger print and will update the file on a bitcointalk post as well as we will have a copy on our website server. Everything will be kept extremely transparent. Even the revenue sharing wallet master public key will be shared among the Chips oferrers and shareholders of the project.

Ideal format of the spreadsheet:
| Chips oferrers' address | Transaction ID | Chips |
| bc1........... | 964795680a.... | 25 |

Our official bitcoin address and PGP public key will be found at this page: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.60644728
