From my experience, I can see two options for you to market your casino if related to crypto even though you don't need to hire marketers. First is preferable Bitcointalk signature campaign which has preferred by other users as well. Another is to use banner ads on crypto-oriented sites. You may use Coinzila for that, they established a great advertising network. I have seen a couple of reputed casinos running ads through Coinzila. Both of them would use by you or you may hire a signature campaign manager from the forum.

The best casino affiliates are those running a casino directory and reviewers but you should start first by posting your casino here in Bitcointalk for those interested parties to see if it's worth promoting your casino, if its a new casino you should create an announcement if it has an existing announcement and good reputation you will have a lot of candidates applying for a position as an affiliate.
Running a signature campaign and buying ad space here in Bitcointalk is the best option to recruit and market your new casino.

That's the right thing to do all big and small casino have done it and keeps doing it, all they have to do is to open an announcement thread a representative that is part of the team should be the one to open the announcement and he should first get a copper account, then launch a signature campaign, there is evidence that signature campaigns can maximize and get new players to try out the casino, a month-long campaign can do wonder.
Wouldn't it be awesome if you also include the casino that's going to be marketed in the post for the sake of transparency and due diligence for anybody interested. I don't think any reputable and experienced member around would want to work with or advertise a shady or fraudulent business by putting their reputation at stake.

it is not so easy to get a marketing plan, just based on the fact that we know that it is a casino. You can provide some more information, such as the current rank of your casino. not the same if he is just started or already has a history.
Also, there are certainly some targets that you expect and you already have a defined budget for all that. (Not only for salary)

Don't be limited only to the signature campaigns, it is not the pinnacle of marketing. this type of promotion is limited only to forum users and nothing more. If you read a little better, OP is looking for marketers, not bounty campaign managers. those are two different jobs.
