Apparently no fixed date is promised for casper update. The details are all shady. It's in development phase pehaps.
Sorry to say that but I didn't find any fix date for the update and the descriptions are pretty vague too. Hope someone else can help you with the query.
A specific date has still not been mentioned yet. Hoping it to come very soon as stated by Vitalik Buterin.
I feel very sorry to say that I have no idea about Casper update. If you find some information about it please let us know .
It is unfortunate that the Casper update is taking so much time. There is still no news ofwhen exactly the next update will come. Hopefully it will be soon.
This is just another of the innovations waiting to catch up. I think however that the strongest Ethereum news are set for the 2020 more or less at the current pace.
Well, the update might come anytime. But the Ethereum creator kinda predicted its downfall, so the rumour of its extinction is making people kinda reluctant. But if the progress remains well,the update will be there.

The Casper Update should happen some time around 2019 but still is yet to be determined as there isn't a specific set date yet, but we can hope to see some news of it in the near future as this year will end soon.

As far as I know, a new version of Casper update has been added. This update will later be upgraded to Shasper, combining the new Casper update and Sharding technology.
