I have been trying to get them to respond to multiple tickets regarding a bitcoin withdrawal that never went through. They either flag the priority to red (meaning ignore) merge my tickets or close them. Many people are complaining about support not responding the same way. Please use caution when dealing anything with them. Their automated system is good but if you run into any problems good luck!
