Hi mate, this guy is swindling selling luxsocks accounts for 45 dollars and does not give anything, as soon as he has the btc he gives you an account that does not work and he does not speak to you again, please help me to stop his feet I beg you, many thank you I hope your answer brother

There's still an "open scam accusation" against him. You could've saved yourself the headache [and this lesson], if you took a minute to search about the person you're dealing with (unfortunately, you won't be able to recover those funds [irreversible]).
