I was wondering too because OP has stated that he asked them why they blocked OP account but they did not respond to op which shows that they are upto something and I was thinking too maybe OP defaulted somewhere on their casino policy but for them not to give op any tangible reasons for their actions speaks of great volume than we think. Of lately, this has been the complaints coming in from forum members about casinos blocking their accounts and not allowing them withdraw their Winnings. This is really a sad news and I really do feel sorry for you and I was still wondering why they would even block you from livechat even without getting to answer you or even bother to explain to you how you violated their terms and conditions.

There's no way that they should have disabled your account just after withdrawing and then verifying it based on what you've said.

I visited their trustpilot page and read through a good number of the reviews there, I believe op is right, a greater number of the reviews there are fake, this site is indeed a scam, but still wonder how op fell victim when he already saw all the warning from other user of this site, that most of the reviews are fake, this should have been enough reason to stay away.

Anyways, sorry about your loss and thank you for warning this community, unfortunately, this casino is not listed on this forum, so nothing much can be done other than to avoid ever playing there.

Too late for this, OP should visit that review site first before making any huge deposit.
This site is a scam, and better to avoid it at all cost. OP still managed to withdraw some funds and i don’t know if the scammed money is a new deposit or came from a profit. Anyway, regardless of its source its already gone, and it will be hard to recover because the site is not responding and they have no plan to resolve all the issues on their platform.

It's obvious that they are buying reviews so their site would look legit and trusted. That's the reason why reading reviews and feedback is not enough to determine the trust rate of a casino. It will be better to check their ANN thread rather tham reading their fake reviews. I'm sorry for what happened to you, Op but it seems like the site has scammed you. There are still other casinos that you should trust especially those that have a strong foundation of legit trust so just be careful next time.

a few days ago I've read about someone's statement saying that on TrustPilot scam casinos can buy fake positive reviews, that's very sad.
after I opened the trustpilot site that was shared by the OP it turned out that it was true that the casino had a high rating and had lots of reviews there. but from the many reviews, I have a little suspicion that they are just fake positive reviews bought by the casino so that the business looks fine to use for gambling.

and for the OP, I read your story about the first deposit and withdrawal it's fine, after you use bigger money you are banned, can you provide a little screenshot for us to see together here.
even though we here cannot help taking your money from the casino, at least your evidence can help other people to be careful not to bet large amounts there.

- Most of the reviews on Trustpilot are positive, but when it comes to negative reviews, they have the same issue and complaint, and that is the sudden blocking of their accounts. It's also quite sad and worrying for a gambler's side.

Think about it, you will be bitten at the beginning that you won and you will be allowed to withdraw first and second then all of a sudden suddenly when they see that you have deposited a large amount suddenly you can't access your account because it is blocked without any opposition.

Bitcointalk is already saturated with same complaint on casino that offers sportsbook. It’s just odd that these guy usually have same which they deposit then win multiple times consecutively on SPORTSBOOK then casino freeze their account after they manage to withdraw some of their profit.

I don’t know exactly what’s the real story behind this kind of issue but Arbitrage betting is already now common crypto sportsbook which is same problem on fiat sportsbook. I believe these arbitrage guys migrate already on crypto casino from fiat casino after being banned already on fiat casino. I joined many subreddit group about this arbitrage betting and most of them shares same story with OP. I believe they are being bust because bookmaker has records of all the players detail in different casino.

I hope Bitcointalk will not become a tool for this arbitrage guys as reason to pressure casino to release their funds. Arbitrage bets is not allowed on any sportsbook.

There's a lot of bad reviews with that site, too bad you didn't check their reputation before trying their platform.
Probably they allow you to withdraw at first so you can trust them, I don't know but if the site is legit they should tell the reason on banning you.

Other players might also experiencing the same problem but not here in the forum, I didn't see any announcement thread with regards to this site. You got scammed, and it will be hard to get it back if their business is to scam the gamblers, this is a lesson learned do your review first before trusting the site and also don't store too much money on any site, its not safe at all.

I am sorry for your loss OP but I don't remember how many times we have said here to never play in casinos that do not have a positive ANN thread here,filled with only good reviews,instant withdrawals and a lot of promotions going on to keep their gamblers happy.

This is really bad and I can also relate with how bad you could be feeling now and just as the previous user has already said, I think it will be more better you try to contact their team over here on the forum if they have any profile or representative over here.
And I think you should also provide more of proves and evidence to the things you said because this things has also become a thread with some new casinos blocking users for no definite reason possibly because they're lucky with their gaming and maybe making more of profit and the next thing is for the casino to block their account and tag them rile breakers even without pointing out what rule they actually broke. It will be wise you guys report to their licence off.
