It's an obvious scam exchange why? Look at the bottom of the site it said it was "COPYRIGHT © 2017-2024 CBOE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED." but whois tells you differently.
As you can see the domain just registered this year but the information from their site they started in 2017 which is a lie.

The legit site from Cboe design compared to this fake one is different, domain extension and the service offers are different, and the fake one seems focusing on crypto while the legit one is foreign exchange which is very suspicious they are trying to hijack traffic from the legit one to scam them through crypto.
