The account flaged and tagged isn't the direct representative of the project. The user is just an ANN thread creator from his post history as i have observe the account associating itself with other projects through creating ANN threads.
Unfortunately, the topic creator has at least one other topic with plagiarism. Yes, he has a lot of open topics. But we always say that those who undertake to advertise projects should carefully check for red flags. There is at least one other project with similar plagiarism. Perhaps not as much plagiarism as here.
