Why do conferences keep giving Craig Wright a platform? He shouldn't be allowed to speak about Bitcoin anywhere, especially after the case that proved that he falsified documents.
Im also wondering on why they give Craig Wright chance to speak for such programs and represent bitcoin after all the chitchat of lies he already spoken before. This guy is a pure scumbag and doesn't deserve speaking in behalf of bitcoin community. He's just gaining popularity he doesn't deserve

other than Lee ready to pounce Roubini, the whole thing was horrible all they're ego are preventing them to properly understand what the others are saying
thus no proper argument was made in most of 45mins of the conference.

Though it definitely started out really well and definitely really hot with Bobby Lee going all in on Roubini, it definitely was horrible in totality. Though like half the people in the panel are definitely people that people dislike(to say the least), it still had a chance to be a decent panel. If only everybody argued in a calm manner and with actual arguments(rather than personal attacks); and then we have Roubini that even refused to respond to Bobby Lee. I mean, I'm pretty sure he was paid to be there and he simply put the mic down?

Hahaha. The SEC is probably saying, "See? We made the right decision rejecting ALL ETF applications. Why would ever give these bunch of idiots a break?"

Meme-worthy.

Has anyone here watched this yet? I think it's cool to have a good number of people with different views and opinions on one panel. In this case though, good lawd Nouriel Roubini is still blabbering the same arguments. It's always the "shitcoins lose 99% of their value etc etc". It's frustrating. I think they could get a far better bitcoin/crypto skeptic than Roubini. Heck, I'd go as far as saying that Peter Schiff is a better bitcoin/crypto skeptic.

This conference is just like any other and nothing substantial came out of this except that they got Craig Wright to be on the limelight again with all of his lies and illusions. At least, with Nouriel Roubini he conceded that Bitcoin can be a "partial" store but still maintaining that he dislike the digital asset and all cryptocurrencies are crap. Next year, they should be prepared with more colorful guests and better topics making things more exciting and with new things to learn. and I am wondering how much an ordinary audience of that conference have to pay to see those unattractive guys blabber. PS: That video is a waste of your 45 minutes better play a video featuring the song Señorita.

Because Craig Wright is a "big name"? The organizers risk the credibility of the conference, unless it's a fake Bitcoin conference. The same too if Roger Ver was there.

Yes. Even as people hate him and I definitely dislike him as well, doesn't change the fact that his name may gain attention online; especially when talking about him battling with other bitcoin/crypto personalities. And as far as I know though, it's not a bitcoin-specific conference, but a cryptocurrency one. Hence why they're there along with Brock Pierce which is mainly an EOS dude as far as I know.

OK understood, it's an altcoin conference. There WILL be a lot if scams and shitcoins there. Haha. But still wrong recognizing a known fraud, and giving him a platform. It's giving the Bitcoin trolls the best "A-game" in tricking newbies into believing them.

I have checked the video and it was boring. Though they have different opinions the statements they mentioned are not new to me. I did not finish the video since the  skeptics are not very technical and what they are sharing are just their opinions. They dont even use good data and statistics in their arguments. I was hoping to see good technical conversation next bitcoin conference.
Even though it was stupid and they barely had a good smooth exchange of arguments, I actually found it amusing lol. Bobby Lee seemed so angry that if they were drinking alcohol he might physically attack Nouriel Roubini lmao. Roubini was damn annoying.

Why do conferences keep giving Craig Wright a platform? He shouldn't be allowed to speak about Bitcoin anywhere, especially after the case that proved that he falsified documents.
As far as I know it should've been Roger Ver I think, and getting CSW was just a desperation move to get a big name into the panel. And in the first place the conference's goal is to get people with conflicting opinions so it just made sense to invite roubini and CSW.

Indeed, he's not worth it to be the representative because he deceives people by claiming himself as Satoshi but can't even give a single evidence.I don't really understand why did they choose him well we can't do anything about it because it just happened, I just hope they realized that its not good for someone to stand in front of crowd knowing that it was a scammer and it might just ruin bitcoins reputation. Actually I haven't watch it and i'm not interested to watch the video, its just that I don't think that its worth to my time.

P.S. It's 45:36 minutes. Definitely not everyone's cup of tea.
