I've never heard of that CCCB thing but I know Singapore and it's a lovely place to spend a few days (only awfully expensive and crowded). It's also one of the greatest place in the world to do business. I highly recommend opening a bank account there, like millions of non-Singaporeans do.

Equally as mental a thread as this one. CCCB itself appears to be some sort of geocities-esque website with no real content or updates. If there's a point to any of this somewhere, then I'm clearly missing it.
