I have seen..... mining scrypt using ccminer ...... always use quite a lot cpu ......... check if your cpu is 100% used if you have several card connected. That could be one of the reason for crash after a while.

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

I don't know what they are.

I'm using

https://github. com/tpruvot/ccminer/releases

Is this correct?

Thanks

is ccminer build with the needed SM & Compute settings for the Tesla K80 card?

Yes I'm using using Windows Server 2012 64bit and CCMiner 2.2.2 64bit.

I thought sgminer is for AMD? I'm using an NVIDIA Telsa K80.

I doubt I can offer expert advice, but:

Try Teamviewer for remote access. Also try sgminer 5.6.1.

Are you using Windows Server 2012 64bit and CCMiner 2.2.2 64bit?

Hi all,

I'm trying to mine scrypt but cc miner keeps crashing after a few minutes.

I tried 2.2.2 CUDA 9 and get error:

[2017-10-11 22:40:02] GPU #1: Err 30: unknown error (salsa_kernel.cu:186)
[2017-10-11 22:40:02] GPU #1: Err 30: unknown error (salsa_kernel.cu:187)

And with 2.2.2 CUDA 7.5 the error:

[2017-10-11 22:57:54] GPU #0: Err 30: unknown error (salsa_kernel.cu:752)
[2017-10-11 22:57:54] GPU #0: Err 30: unknown error (salsa_kernel.cu:752)
[2017-10-11 22:57:54] GPU #0: Err 30: unknown error (salsa_kernel.cu:164)
[2017-10-11 22:57:54] GPU #0: Err 30: unknown error (salsa_kernel.cu:165)
[2017-10-11 22:57:54] GPU #0: Err 30: unknown error (salsa_kernel.cu:166)
[2017-10-11 22:57:54] GPU #0: Err 30: unknown error (salsa_kernel.cu:167)
[2017-10-11 22:57:54] GPU #0: Err 30: unknown error (salsa_kernel.cu:170)

When I restart ccminer it says "No CUDA devices found".

The only way I've found to fix it is to restart the server.

I've tried all versions of NVIDIA drivers from

http://www.nvidia. com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

and

https://developer.nvidia. com/cuda-downloads?target_os=Windows&target_arch=x86_64&target_version=Server2012R2&target_type=exelocal

I'm connecting via Google Chrome Remote Desktop rather than RDP as I know this causes issues.

Any expert advice much appreciated?

Thanks in advance for your time
