Did he explain why he completely changed his mind?
There must be a reason cause just few weeks ago he was totally against it (he said ICO's are scam...)

I lost any respect I had for him or the journey man nobody hockey player.

Interesting fun fact..
I use to run a sports card exchange business I started years ago.
I got bored of it and sold my stock.
Then I got the itch again and turned 1 pack of hockey cards from corner store into an empire all over again.

I had my own business I started at 16.

Today I found a Terry Sawchuck rookie card or 2nd year card in a plastic case on the road.
Weird!

Hmm what would sports card trading teach me about this?
Maybe a little something called supply & demand?

You ICO pushers are like "Proset" pushers Cheesy
Mass produced garbage (except for the trophy hologram)

I started this when ICO's were still considered scammy.
I started with 0 cents invested.
I made $12,000.00.
I then cashed it out when I seen the writing on the wall.. Tanking prices.
Why.. Because you were all doing what you are doing now.

All the scammy ass greedy idiot dip shit Cuban's & Draper's..
Got nothing on me.

I made money and I did it 100x harder than any ICO clowns.
You clowns are not in my league.
I am an entrepreneur.. Not a scammy greedy kidiot predator.

What exactly do you little investards think a guy like Cuban is going to do?
Pump.. Then dump till your choking on profiteer scammer douche ICO tears.

And what will the authorities think of ICO's getting more popular?

The Fed's are coming.. Hope you paid your crypto tax's "investors"  Cheesy
Google search.. US CRYPTO TAX LAWS THEN THE COIN BASE IRS LAWSUIT.  Kiss
EDIT:

Oh and care to explain to me why a rich guy needs to use a scammy method to crowd fund yet ANOTHER coin?
What is his great CURRENCY idea?
Better be good if he's making coin #7, 985 Shocked

And why does a rich guy even need to crowd fund / beg for hand outs at all?

And how is what I said not blatant?
How many times have I told you all I am smarter than you?
You see anyone else posting forum magic?

So yeah innovations & shit.. So go pay the rich whale 621 million for an ICO.. Which are pointless & scammy... Let me know how that works out for you  Cool

PS:
GOOGLE WHAT RAY KURZWEIL SAID.
THEN COMPARE TO GREEDY CUBAN HAHAHAHHAHAHA

A question for everyone. Will these big names bring smarter investors in the cryptospace? Not only that, will it encourage the creation and development of real projects that will have real uses in the real world?

Once the big boys start to play, it will get harder to make money. So be aggressive now, buy during this dip and hold. Most will rise and fall together.
I know, you're referring to unfair distribution in which majority of distribution will go to the whale or as you say  "big boys".
People who want to join the ICO are now need to compete with other people because ICO have a cap and the network might be down when you send your coin, once it become more popular ofcourse.

big names on crypto investment space has good and bad sides in my opinion. it could help popularize crypto and increase adoption and investor confidence once the common folk see big names going into the game. on the other hand it could also mean more hype and more danger for investors particularly clueless newbies who will be vulnerable to hype, FOMO, etc.

I think he has no vision on where the space is going and certainly will not be one of the people advancing the tech through any meaningful way. Lets be honest, we all watch Shark Tank because of Mr. Wonderful. He's the only innovative thinker of the bunch, Cuban got lucky once and it was huge, no one can take that away from him. Draper is a finance guy who understands that this tech is a true disrupter, he put his money where his mouth is early, when others laughed. His decisions hold significant credence in this space, while Cuban is late to a party that he still knows nothing about and has decided to bet on a Unikrn. I think the esports space will be huge, however any bit of due diligence will show that others (GameCredits/MobileGo) have a significant first mover advantage and swelling developer support, they will likely be leaders in the esports token space.

After the big news of Tim Draper's direct participation in the Tezos ICO, we now have another celebrity investor who is bringing it to another level by organizing the ICO itself via a company he owns called Unikron. Mark Cuban described the thinking, High risk, high reward.

What do you think of this? Is this progress in the cryptospace or greed that is driving all the bigger ICOs supported by traditional investors?

Mark Cuban doesn't seem worried that initial coin offerings (ICOs) might someday render investors redundant.

In fact, the "Shark Tank" VC is so open to the nascent blockchain use case, that he's joining the ranks of traditional investors who support the idea that their own portfolio companies could raise additional capital by selling cryptographic tokens.

Revealed exclusively to CoinDesk, Cuban portfolio company Unikrn is currently circulating an update to its investors about a forthcoming ICO intended to supplement the venture capital it has already raised.

Unlike other more tentative investors, which have shown a reluctance to participate directly in the actual token sales, Cuban said he will participate in the offering – a first for the owner of the Dallas Mavericks NBA franchise.
