Someone should take over this project.
I'm sure someone wanted to take it over from the current dev, but the current dev would not go along with the takeover for some reason. There were quite a few people who thought cent still had a future. I think they said most of the coins that will ever be minted have been mined now because of some bug. i know there are unbelievable amounts of coins available, but maybe it will give the price a chance to rise now.

However, bitcoin prices are very low at present and you might get a better price for your cent when bitcoin prices go higher. It does not mean cent is dead just because cryptsy delisted it. Anyway, there's no point deleting your cent wallet when you can dump your cent at swisscex.
