Good catch. I mean, I'm not an English native speaker but even I was bothered my that sort of typos or language issues or whatever they're called which actually any normal free spellchecker should easily catch.
That whole sentence is so important, but the whole thing looks wrong. Were they trying to say considering? The sentence would still be wrong.
