I can see too many people are disappointed with Cex.io and I am one of those. There are too many delayed/not completed/missed transactions and their support is not responding or solving issues.

We are sorry for such a delay in solving your issue. I would like to clarify whether you have made an initial deposit of the minimum amount in the currency you would like to withdraw?
