Well, this is what i've gathered so far:
Binance - NO USD SWIFT withdrawals
cex.io - USD SWIFT suspended
nexo.com - USD SWIFT suspended
kucoin.com - NO USD SWIFT withdrawals
okcoin - USD SWIFT suspended
bittrex - USD SWIFT suspended

Am i missing something here? Are there really no exchanges at all that currently process USD withdrawals in international bank wires over SWIFT?? Surely i'm not the only one in this situation? Is there a better place to ask about this?

nexo.com claims to offer free swift USD withdrawals but not sure if i trust those lending platforms to stay up longer than it takes for them to do a withdrawal. Really there are no other options now that Binance doesn't process bank wires?

I can't vouch for Nexo, but I know they have been around for many years.

But if this is what you're referring to: https://nexo.how/kb/how-do-i-withdraw-eurx-gbpx-and-usdx-from-my-nexo-account/

Then if you ever decide to try them, I advise you to be careful. From my understanding (and I could be wrong) USDx, EURx, etc. are stablecoins that I personally never heard of (and I doubt anyone else here did either) so it might be a good idea to just trade your coins, and withdraw. It's already not advisable to keep your funds in exchange, so doing so using an unknown stablecoin does not really help.

Try checking out exchanger monitors like BestChange (https://www.bestchange.com/bitcoin-to-wire-usd.html)
I have seen some exchanges that offer the options that you would like, but of course I am not vouching for them. Please try to extensively read about their reviews and KYC/AML policies before signing up.

You might also want to know about their minimums, maximums, exchange rates and fees they charge.

Best offer on https://www.bestchange.com/bitcoin-to-wire-usd.html is more than 2% under the spot on GDAX/Binance.

Goal is simple to receive incoming USD SWIFT from a single source, that's why p2p don't really fit in such case.

I checked multiple exchanges but with no luck. BitPanda supports GBP and EUR but not USD transactions. Coinmama also supports SWIFT USD transfers, but just for buying. So you're probably going to be stuck with P2P. Is the amount that large that you don't can't or don't want to deal with one individual instead?

Hello,

Now that Binance doesn't process bank transfers, can someone recommend CEX that does USD SWIFT/wire withdrawals to Georgia (besides Kraken). So far all i could find was cex.io but they charge 0,3% or $60 for SWIFT minimum  Undecided. Unfortunately p2p and DEXs don't serve my exact purpose.

And what's your goal exactly? If the goal is to receive the equivalent of that money, then why not trade with locals?

There are plenty of offers in Binance that support your local banks: https://p2p.binance.com/en/trade/sell/USDT?fiat=USD&payment=all-payments
